I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs. I called one morning when it was 95 degrees in my house. Roy was there in no time at all and had me cooling again. Money well spent with these guys.

After several attempts, pritec got my unit working properly. After instillation, had a new roof put on the house and protect discovered a blocked intake. Thru a misunderstanding my heater is working properly. Thank you protec for doing me right.
Great company and great service. My heater was way past due for maintenance and needed quite a bit of work. These guys got me going again at a very fair price. I definitely reccomend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Protech heating and air is definitely at the top of my list for professional & prompt service. They we're at my shop within 20 minutes after I made the service call. This is a family owned & operated business which is another excellent reason to use them. Their customer service skills are top notch! They had my unit running efficiently with in a matter of about 3 to 4 hours from the first time I called them. Now that's what I call a customer service. Thanks Roy, always awesome to see business owners teaching their kids a good work ethic. Did my heart good when you introduced two of your tennage sons as your helpers.
THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN TROUBLE SHOOTING AND DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM WITH MY AIR CONDITIONER UNIT AND, CORRECTING IT AT A REASONABLE PRICE THE UNIT COMPRESSOR WAS BAD THE WHOLE UNIT WAS CHANGED AND WAS UP AND RUNNING WITHIN A DAY AND A HALF FROM THE TIME I CALLED THEM

After the issues we encountered with our home warranty we were lucky enough to have found this company. They treated us as family not as customers.it was hot and our AC unit stopped pushing out air.. our home warranty came out and did not help us one bit and still charged us for a house call and did nothing but take our unit apart. They said we would need a whole unit. We knew that the unit was not bad it just wasnt blowing cold air anymore.we called protech becaues they were refered to us by a friend they were able to schedule us in quickly when we told them our issue they explained our freon was low and the fan was spinning the wrong direction 😒 so apprently when our home warranty people came out they knew nothing.. needless to say we got rid of them and will call protech for all our heating and air needs again.. they were affordable and reliable and worked quickly to get me and my children out of the heat..thanks for everything. AC is still running like a champ.
Protect 806 really rescued me when weather conditions became intolerable, My heating and air was installed in a very timely manner and the job was very well done at a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend their services:)
