Steve was quick to diagnose the problem with my air conditioning system. He thoroughly troubleshot the entire system to make sure everything else was working properly. He had the replacement parts on his truck and everything worked great when he left. Very professional, timely and polite. It was nice to visit with him and learn things about the system and how to maintain it better.

Marcus from Pro Serv was extremely friendly and explained all steps in the process. He did a great job with the installation and explained the warranty. We use Pro Serv for our Air Conditioning/Heating issues along with appliance and recently plumbing problems. No matter who they send we have gotten terrific service.

The Guy Marco P was on time and was, very professional and as knowledgeable. But moving forward as far as in dealing with invitation home who sent him the company is no good I wouldn’t rent from them ever again worst company ! If they rented out tables & chairs for events I wouldn’t go through invitation home. But Marco company I would highly recommend. #Proserv

They do expert work. I overpaid a bill, and that was 4 months ago, and there is still no refund. I wouldn't do business with them as there are other great repair companies out there.

The tech showing up on time was the only good thing... It took 6hrs to get him to get my tub spout to stop running that's been already running for 3 days of waiting for them to come out shows up with attitude.. Just walks in and out without speaking to me (son opens door) and when I call him he hung up on me, of course I call back and then he answers as if I'm bothering him 🤨.. once the job was completed, the knob was installed upside down and the hot and cold water switch out🤦🏾‍♀️ and when I called a few days later to get that fixed (I stepped out when it was completed) and the person that messed it up initially never showed up to fix his mistake and had to wait again for someone to come fix the knob.. It's fixed but the water is still on opposite sides.

Terrible company. I have used 3 PTO days already and my air still isn’t fixed. Not only am I burning through vacation days while sitting in my 88 degree home waiting for the tech to show up 1 hour before the deadline…. I’m sure my boss thinks I am lying because the fact that it takes more than two visits in so terribly unbelievable. I Reported there was still an issue a few hours after the tech left and couldn’t get an appointment for several days later. There is a law in NV that tenants cannot be without AC for more than 48 hours. It has been WEEKS! Two visits and no work done because they didn’t have the parts??? There is a Lowe’s less than a mile away. Will have my fourth (and hopefully final) visit in two more days. Good thing it hasn’t been record breaking heat or anything…. Unbelievable!
