Diagnosed our problem then blew me off and won't return my phone calls. Now we have to pay another company to diagnose it again to get it fixed.
He is very kind professional does an outstanding job very reasonable price I would recommend him to anybody.
Purchased a new home Property Monkey did the installation of the Furnace and hot water heater for the old owner called to have Greg give me a quote on adding AC and would not do the work would not return my calls so I Had another company do the installation and during the installation could see all the problems and the bad work Property Monkey did very glad I didn't use them make sure to hire a professional I can clearly see the last home owner got ripped off
We met Greg 7 years ago when he installed heat in our garage. We were in the market for a new furnace and AC unit to be installed. We reached back out to Greg to see if he could install new equipment for us. Not only did he install the new equipment but he found numerous problems with our duct work. If we had not gone with Greg the equipment would have been installed and we would still be dealing with the same issues. He takes pride in his work and is very thorough, treating the project as if it was his own home. We could not have asked for a better experience.
I had a small, residential plumbing job that I needed done. Property Monkey was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so happy that I gave them a try. One phone call--appointment set. The evening before the job, a check in/reminder call. Service was excellent, start to finish. The job time frame was as promised, and the price was very reasonable. Greg from Property Monkey has completed two different jobs for us. Replacing the ductwork going out our roof and installing a new air conditioner. Both jobs were completed timely, professionally and with no issues. The job site was cleaned up afterwards, all questions were answered satisfactory and the jobs were priced fair and competitive. On the first job the amount of parts bid were not needed and a price break was given to us. I would definitely use their team again!
I will definitely refer anyone that asks to this company. Greg was able to help me out with my furnace the next day. He was very friendly and my dogs also loved him. Lol. I had a great experience and the cost was very reasonable.
Only works on commercial properties
Greg, got to thank you again. With record temps, we stayed cozy all night. Checked the Nest thermostat and it showed that the furnace didn't even run extra hard. Thanks for taking the time to find the right furnace for our home. I know it was difficult with our home's design.
Our AC went out Monday evening. I called Property Monkey at eleven thirty. Greg was here by twelve thirty. AC unit was repaired, running and he was gone by Two pm. I am delighted. Excellent service. Very polite and knowledgeable person. I will definetley call again if needed and recommend these people to everyone I know.
I called Property Monkey when my Geo Thermal unit went down. They came right out and had it running in about an hour. Fast service, courteous technician and reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
