BUYER BEWARE. We spent close to $20,000 six years ago to have two new complete HVAC systems installed. One of the systems failed this time last year. This should not happen with a system that is six years old. I called, spoke with the owner. He said he was on a three month wait and couldn't do anything to see me sooner. System failed again this year. I called over a month ago...no return call. After spending considerable money...system failure, and zero consideration to see us last year in a reasonable time frame and no return this year.

Thank you to Joe and the guys at Prontotech! My heat pump went bad and the system stopped cooling and flooded my basement. They worked me right into their busy schedule, no problem. Replaced my system with a new one and they were done in a half-day’s time. Also, Matt was prompt and extremely professional. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Matt and his crew are TOP NOTCH, honest, professional, and not in the business to sell you things you don't need. In this week, when we had heat advisory all around, Matt came in to install a new system on SATURDAY, not only he was reasonably priced, but more importantly, have us very honest opinion about other system as well. Later on his own, came on SUNDAY to check on how the system is doing. we had just spend three painful weeks with another local HVAC company that had left such a horrible experience. Joe and his team put in all new duct work, furnace and an AC units at several investment properties for me. They were very fast and did a great job. He pulled all of the necessary City of Pittsburgh permits and his bids were better than the companies I considered using. I highly recommend Prontotech and they are definitely my HVAC team moving forward. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough about ProntoTech. I had a furnace and AC installed in my home. Joe was prompt, professional, and honest. He did exactly as he said he would and the price was definitely fair. He was upfront with everything and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. He even made some suggestions to get better airflow upstairs and made some small repairs to my ductwork. I would recommend Joe and ProntoTech to friends and family without hesitation. Great work!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. I was in a bind because I was set to move into our new house with my wife and two kids when I discovered that the A/C stopped working. I called ProntoTech, who after hearing my predicament, immediately came out at 8:30 in the evening, tested all of my units and provided me with an extremely reasonable quote to replace the broken A/C. The quote was so reasonable that I actually had them replace an old furnace as well. In the end, the actual owner of the company came out with his employees on a Saturday to make sure everything was up and running before the family flew in. I am thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and work ethic of the owner and his employees and I highly recommend ProntoTech LLC!

I wish there were 10 stars because that is what Matt and his team deserve. Matt returns my calls or texts within hours of me making them. His heating/air conditioning knowledge is incredible and he will be honest with you regarding what is best for your situation. He arrived early the morning to start my job and when they all left, you couldn't tell 4 men had been here. There is no doubt in my mind that Pronto Tech is THE BEST!!!!!!

Matt was fantastic. He provided same day service and worked until he solved the issue. We have worked with other services in the past including the company that installed our unit. His customer service far surpassed other providers. I can not recommend him enough!
Prontotech is exactly what you want in a company - reliable, honest, and affordable! We called Matt yesterday because we had 3 inches of icy water in the basement of our building. He came within the hour to identify the problem and we are warm and dry now. I highly recommend Prontotech! It's the only company we will use.
First time I've ever felt compelled to post a review of a company... got home from work Friday night, furnace wasn't working... left a message with Pronto Tech after hours. Someone called me back within minutes... tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. When we couldn't figure it out, he was here in 15 minutes.
