I had an extremely positive experience working with Prompt. Ty and his associate were very professional, accommodating, kind, and it was about 4 days between when I first called, to when the job was complete. Most importantly: Ty was so honest about what did and didn't need to be replaced. He could have added scope to the project unnecessarily and he didn't. That will always keep me coming back to Prompt for any future work. Couldn't recommend them more.
I was referred by a coworker who is related to Ty. I'm very impressed and appreciative of both Ty and Jack's professionalism, kindness, gratefulness, timeliness, top-notch communication, and honesty when they both came to do maintenance work on my 14-year-old furnace and 25-year-old a/c condenser unit, which resulted in replacing my a/c condenser unit. Before entering my home for the first time, Ty asked if there were any pets they should be aware of because they would be in and out of the house, so they can make sure no pets dash out the door. I have a dog and kept him in the living room to be out of their way. He got to meet both Ty and Jake and he loved the attention from both of them! After doing maintenance on my furnace, they said is still in great condition and should perform fine for at least another 10 or so years, which was great to hear! My a/c condenser unit was always so loud whenever it turned on and even my neighbors pointed it out because it had been a nuisance to them for years prior to me purchasing the home. After Ty and Jack cleaned out my a/c condenser unit, it was much quieter than before! Prior to calling Prompt Heating & Air Conditioning, I knew I had to replace it eventually, so it was no surprise to me when Ty gave me the results of my a/c condenser unit's performance tests and told me it had been leaking Freon for who knows how long. Ty gave me a lot of suggestions and never pressured me into replacing it. He was very honest about the suggestions and how much they would cost. I said I would think about my options, but to send me an estimate for the a/c condenser unit replacement anyway. Two days later, my furnace froze because there was not enough Freon in my a/c condenser unit to maintain the temperature. Ty and Jack showed up an hour after I called them to contain the issue and they were very apologetic and professional about it. I agreed to have them replace my a/c condenser unit and they penciled me into their schedule. They came

He came to look at our heater but he needed to consult with someone first. We didn’t hear from him so we called and he hasn’t answered our calls ever since.

Prompt Heating and Air Conditioning LLC came through for us when 2 other well known HVAC companies could not, and did so during record breaking low temps in our area, January of 2022. Ty is very professional, courteous, fast and prompt, living up to his company name and reputation. You can tell Ty really values his customers. We had him install a Goodman furnace for a great price, that was much lower than the competition. Our last furnace was also a Goodman, which lasted over 18 years!

Ty is an amazing, knowledgeable technician but he is an even more amazing man. There is never an upsell or pressure. He tells you like it is and never exaggerates. I trust him 100%.
Call Prompt when u need HVAC help of any kind. This guy is super helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean and very good pricing. Don't bother with the rest when you really should call PROMPT.
Ty was a pleasure to hire for the installation of my new AC unit. I chose Prompt, because Ty explained to me why my old unit was not working, what he can do to improve my system and gave me a reasonable price. Not and estimate where the price was going to go up due to unforeseen hick ups. I called the large co, and they sent out a sales rep. It really seemed like he was trying to upsell me on their products and hope I would sit down with him to go over options. Man I hate that! I also looked into weekend installers (a friend of a friend that could do it for half the price) sure their price was about $500 less, but it did not come with any guarantees and it was for a lesser unit. Knowing I can trust Ty, and he will stand by his work and products he uses... there was only one easy choice. Prompt Service Heating & AC!! Thanks again Ty
We called and set up an appointment for 3pm. No one showed up and when we called back our phone number was blocked.
Ty the HVAC installer was informative and knowledgeable. He gave me options on how to repair or replace my central air unit and then left it up to me on what I wanted to do. I opted to replace my 30 yr old furnace and central air unit. He had all of the parts within 1 week and installed both units within a day and half. Ty cleaned everything up like he was never here. Both units are working perfectly. I am very happy with the service that he provided.
During this time of need (covid-19) Prompt heating and air conditioning really helped out. I received fast and professional service and the kind man was so generous to do it free of charge! We are grateful and appreciative for this random act of kindness!! Thank you!!
I had the absolute best experience with Prompt Heating and AC LLC. Ty was very, very knowledgeable and always had the answers to all of the many questions that I had. He also taught me a few things along the way which I truly appreciated! They were super quick with responding and setting up a date and time to install my new furnace. I definitely plan on using them for future problems/maintenance of my furnace and AC. You won't go wrong with them!!
