I have been using Progressive Air ever since we moved to Lumberton about 8 years ago. I've had to call on them many times, and they are always prompt, knowledgeable, dedicated to finding the problem, always correct with the diagnosis, and fair with the price of the repair(s). We could not be more satisfied with Progressive Air and I highly recommend them for your air conditioning and/or heating issues. You won't be sorry if you give them a try! We give them an excellent rating!
I contacted Chip at Progressive Air Systems about coming out to give me a bid on replacing my current inside and outside units. I had been dealing with American Home Shield about repairing my AC and they were giving me the run around. Both companies that they sent out told me that I would need to replace the unit and that it wouldn't be repaired. Chip was prompt, thoughtful and just everything that the other 2 companies that came out were not. He asked me several questions and we found out that the issue I was having with my unit was covered under the AC Company’s warranty which meant that I could get it repaired. He has continued to help me even after we found this info out even though he would not be getting the business on this because it is a brand that he doesn't have an account with. I would recommend Chip and Progressive Air Systems to anyone for his honesty, promptness, and attention to detail.

I have used Chip Darby w/ Progressive Air for 5 years now. He is the most honest, fair a/c dealer that I have ever dealt with. He takes the time to educate you and provides the why behind everything. We have 2 Trane units that are 24 years old. He’s kept them working for an additional 5 years past what they should have worked for sure. Now he is quoting me on a new system and educating me on the market. I didn’t realize how volatile the market is at the moment with all the crazy supply chain issues and multiple forced price increases since January. You won’t find a more trustworthy, responsive dealer. Highly recommend Chip!
