Dan was easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the work being done. He was always on time, and was patient with answering my questions and explaining everything to me.
Dan has always been very responsive, reasonable, and honest. He even reached out to get a part under warranty for us once instead of charging for the part. You can’t go wrong with Dan!
I highly recommend Progress Heating and A/C. I called first thing on a Saturday morning over a holiday weekend because my heat went out. Dan called me right back and scheduled a time to be out first thing on Sunday. He even went the extra mile to help me diagnose some issues beforehand. Dan was early/on time for the appointment, diagnosed the issue quickly, and offered a couple different options on how to repair. His rates were exceptionally fair; especially given the circumstances. If you don’t like using the big box companies who rake you over the coals, and you want honest, timely, fair, and helpful, I’d give Dan a call at Progress Heating and A/C. I will 100% be calling the next time I have an issue.

Dan was professional, personable, reassuring and thorough. He took his time to investigate, correct and explain my issues which was very reassuring to this new homeowner whose first instinct when something goes wrong is to envision disaster. He was very gentle with the pricing too.

I called Dan to take a look at my heater, fully expecting an expensive part replacement. Dan showed up at exactly the appointed time, and found an an electrical issue that was causing the unit to not start. He addressed the issue, and serviced my two units. Pricing was reasonable and he clearly explained what he found. I would highly recommend Progress Heating and Air Conditioning.

Dan came out today to give me a second opinion on repairs quoted by another major HVAC company. I truly appreciated his calm demeanor as I was in major meltdown mode because of the first quote I received. Dan responded to my call right away and was able to schedule an appointment to come out the very next day. He saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of anxiety! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to friends and family.

My recent experience with Progress HVAC was very satisfactory. When I called Mr. Morgan not only was he on time but he was early. He told and showed me exactly what was wrong with my A/C unit that is only 4 years old purchased by Lennar Builders and that I had put $4,400 into in the last two years. Mr. Morgan explained what I had known, that my home had a lemon for an a/c unit. Mr., Morgan gave me a choice to continue to fix said lemon or purchase a new unit. The choice was mine. I can not sing his praises enough !!!
