11/01/2023 Another November, another maintenance visit from Kodi. Terrific service, as always. They are our go to HVAC folks, and will remain so. 06/18/2021 Update…….just had semi-annual maintenance done by Proficient Air, and again reminded just why they are our “go to” folks! Reliable, reasonable, on time, following ALL safety & pandemic protocols…….great service by terrific people. Highly recommended! 11/11/2021 Another update………fall maintenance. On time and, as usual, did a great job. They keep their word, do their job, and are great professionals and now friends. All safety & health protocols followed without question. We couldn’t ask for better, more professional, and reasonably priced services. Again, still the highest recommendation! 01/21/2022 Needed warranty work. Rob came out within an hour of my call & had the problem diagnosed in about 10 minutes. Needed a new fan motor & computer gizmo. Problem solved. Great service & incredibly responsive. 05/12/2022 Another spring, another maintenance appointment with Kodi & his pal, Skyler…..perfect in every way! Early, quick, thorough & totally professional, AS ALWAYS. Terrific service by these folks, who have now become friends. Won’t ever go elsewhere! 05/19/2023 Spring cleaning. Kodi’s been & gone……great job, as always. Terrific people and products!
In these dog days of August, my luck of the draw, my AC broke down during the night. Technician Rob came out first thing in the morning and fixed me right up with no song and dance of all things I should fix. He gave me a fair price and tips on maintaining...Great honest business to work with !! Thank You
I was having a home purchase inspection and I was concerned about the AC condensate drain line possibly being blocked. I called Jenny to see if I could have HVAC checked out and Kody responded within two hours. There was a small blockage which was easily resolved. It gave me more confidence in the inspection to have the HVAC checked out by Kody. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years. Great and friendly service at a reasonable cost.

We called about our system not working and they came the next day to search the unit’s problem Upon discovering a problem with the compressor, I had an estimate the same day to repair Two days later the repair was completed. We are very happy with the care and knowledge that Cody and Rob have, and would highly recommend Proficient Air!
I would highly recommend Proficient Air to anyone and especially who owns a York system. Proficient Air did an excellent job in stepping in to repair my HVAC system after a previous contractor left me with a failed blower motor that he improperly installed. Proficient Air was very knowledgeable in the York products and features, and Jennifer was very helpful in saving me a ton of money through dealing with the York warranties. I called several HVAC contractors in the area before dealing with Proficient Air, and I was actually referred to Proficient Air by other well-reputed HVAC contractors. I am convinced that they are the BEST around when it comes to York. Rob and Kody repaired and serviced my system. They were both very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Furthermore, they were very professional in responding to my calls promptly, arriving on time, and giving me regular status updates before they came. I will be using them regularly going forward.
I’ve used Proficient Air and initially I gave a 5 star review, however after several years of dealing with this company I am changing my rating. They replaced a unit in my mothers condo and it worked for a few weeks and afterwards they had to come out several times within the first few months. They continued to temporarily fix the unit and then when the one year was up they left her high and dry to figure it all out on her own. We recently had to pay another air conditioning company to come out and fix the work that they did. I communicated with every person there and reported them to the Better Business Bureau as a result. It’s a shame that they couldn’t fix their own brand new unit.

Proficient Air replaced my system 8 years ago and have taken care of the maintenance since then. Their response time is amazing whenever I have had a problem. They have bailed me out several times over the years and have always treated us more like family than just a customer.
I can't say enough good things about this company and especially Cody the individual came to my house I had a different AC company come out today and try and charge me $1,400 for a light and mold removal did not need to be done I questioned the other installer from a different company and didn't like what they said. I contacted this company and they were wonderful they saved me $1400 dollars. they're honest they didn't try and take advantage of me and the gentleman Cody that came out was very polite I really appreciate everything this company has done for me and my family during this time of the pandemic thank you very much you are a great business and will have my loyalty from now on

When I called Proficient Air, Cody answers my call and was at my home and fixed the problem all within about 30 minutes. It all started on Saturday July 9th one hour before a party my AC compressor goes down. I called the company that installed it and I had to leave a voicemail...no response. After 15 minutes I started calling other companies. All of the others were no response except for Cody at Proficient Air. Great service, fair price! As long as their service stays this good, I am a customer for life.
My AC condenser unit broke on a very hot day. Proficient Air was quick to respond, showing up at my house about an hour after I called. They had our AC fixed and up-and-running again asap. Professional and a true pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
My blower fan began to run constantly after the desired temperature was reached. I able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Rob arrived on time and was able to diagnose my problem, a bad fan relay switch, and replaced it. In addition, Rob was able to replace my existing thermostat with a smart thermostat which he helped me set up on my wifi network. I would highly recommend Proficient Air for your HVAC needs.
Called Proficient Air for a tuneup and got an appointment within a few days. Kody did an excellent job with not only checking everything, but cleaning the air handler and showing me how to properly clean an electronic filter. Kody knows his stuff, was personable and went above and beyond. There wasn't any upselling like most companies. Will use their services in the future.
