Procool is amazing! Being in Louisiana can be challenging because of the heat. Aaron responded immediately to my request when I had an issue with my unit. The customer service was awesome and the service even better! They were cost efficient and my house has never been this comfortable. Aaron and his staff were actually at my next door neighbors house working on their A/C. My neighbor had nothing but good things to say about Aaron. I asked if they could come by after they finished so they could check on my A/C unit because is was not cooling in this awful summer heat. It was already late in the evening but that didn't stop Aaron, he came over anyway. Within minutes he had described to me what my issue was and had started the repair. While he was making the repair he gave me good tips on A/C maintenance. He charged me a very reasonable price and was done. No fuss and no headache. Great job! Thank you!

June 2018. Our house A/C suddenly stopped cooling to the desired temperature during the middle of the day. We were worried we had an expensive refrigerant leak, or worse, needed an entire new A/C unit. Aaron came and rapidly diagnosed the problem as a dirty condenser. He was efficient on the job, on-time for the appointment and so very courteous. I would use him again in a second.

The company ProCool and the owner are very dependable, knowledgeable, and efficient. They install an entire A/C & Heating Unit for me during the Great Flood of 2016 when 5 other companies would not even come out! Your business is never too big or too small for ProCool.
