This place was nice for a hour to get a way like once a month. Nothing changes it's been the same way for the past 40 years for me. When I was a teenager I remember going to booth's corner with my parents back then they had the outside flea market and the auction across the street from the indoor market.
Proworks took care of my plumbing issues quickly and professiinally. Not the first time I have used them. I highly recommend using them 👍
On time, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. DJ rocks! His trouble shooting skills are top notch. I will not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them.

Total scam! They do NOT have any patience, experience, and will absolutely SCAM you! They complain about working at your house and about how busy they are and that they are booked weeks out, and will tell you how they are doing you a HUGE courtesy by charging you HUNDREDS of $$$$$$$ to do simple plumbing repairs in your house. No thanks, I will just learn how to do it myself in the future.
The one star is due to the fact that I initially had high hopes due to the responsiveness and willingness to schedule a new customer so quickly. Well, that same day I received a phone call later in the afternoon that the appointment was going to have to be cancelled due to a shortage of technicians. That was where things went South. Only after explaining that I had no water to my entire house since the weekend and had spoken to the on-call technician twice over the weekend was I able to keep the appointment. The technician and what appeared to be a young apprentice/technician greeted me by asking what the problem was, stating that they did not even know that they were assigned to the job until just before they arrived. This attitude immediately instilled a lack of confidence and professionalism from the customer standpoint. I explained that the copper pipe to my washer and dryer had frozen and burst twice in the past two weeks, so I was calling to have the pipe replaced and insulated and shut-off valves installed so that I would not have to turn off the water to my entire house. The young apprentice/technician went under the crawl space and started replacing the segment of pipe that burst. They stated that they did not have the foam insulation with them, and it would not make that much of a difference. The other technician acted very annoyed at my request to have the shut-off valves installed, a simple job that took 10 minutes max as I watched him complete it. It was only after I offered to go to Home Depot myself to purchase the insulation supplies myself, and the older technician that I had spoken to over he weekend arrived at my house that they considered honoring my request to insulate the pipes. I am not sure where the supplies suddenly appeared from. I went upstairs while they presumably finished working. I noticed that it was freezing cold before too long, so I went back down in the basement to find that the basement door was hanging wide open wi
ProWorks certainly takes care of their customer. We experienced heater issues. They continued to help with our heater repairs until we were ready to replace our system. When we were ready, they came out immediately and within a few days a new heating system has been installed in our home. We are loving the warm air. We would recommend their services 100x’s over.

At a time when service levels seem to be declining across the mechanical trades working with Pro Works has been a breath of fresh air. Very professional and responsive!
We cannot say enough good things about this company. We have been in a jam at two properties. One required electric company, cable, water and sewer departments to get on site ASAP for the fix because a pipe that ran from the street down a long driveway was broke and bubbling up under the driveway. We discovered this late Thursday night. Called them the next day and they called in the Calgary! Utility companies and large equipment showed up. We were having company that evening and had no water. They said we’ll get it done today and they did exactly that. They stayed on after hours on a Friday in the summer to get it done and treated us like family. Pro Works is run with precision! Last night, our furnace at another location died. Once again, they were on time, professional and personable. We will never use another HVAC company again!
So I recently purchased my first home, and while its been wonderful there has been a lot of work to be done one project that was a big priority was getting my house completely re-plumbed. The house had polybutylene plumbing throughout which everyone knows is a ticking time bomb for leaks. I was loosing sleep over this. I reached out to Pro Works to help me with my project. They sent one of the guys out to investigate and to give me an estimate. Within one day I had an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised with the price! I called immediately to schedule to get the job done. Then less then a week later they were at my home taking the old polybutylene plumbing out and installing CPVC piping, valves and fixtures. The job was completed fast and the guys were clean and professional! When they left my house they cleaned everything up like they were never there. I went looked over there work and I was amazed at the quality and pride these guys put into their work. My stress is gone! I will gladly hire proworks for any project I have at my house. This was a flawless transaction, from the estimate to the job. Kudos to the guys who take pride in their work! Great contractors still exist today and pro works is a beautiful example!

We woke up this morning with a puddle of water on on kitchen floor. We had a leak under our sink and we were afraid the pipes had frozen. We called Proworks at 8:00am and and Becky answered after one ring. I explained the situation and she said she would send over a plumber right away. Literally 15 minutes later James was at our door. Ended up we needed to replace our kitchen facet. James took everything apart, consulted with us about what we wanted, and then went out got a facet that met our specifications. Awesome service! James was extremely professional, talked us through all that had to be done, and worked hard throughout. Everything was done in two hours. Proworks will be our service company for all our plumbing and electric needs for ever more.
The Best , if a problem occurs just "call'em it'll be taken care of ". No headaches , hasseles just done and done right . The girls in the office and the guys in the field are the best in the business
