Anthony and Crew came in clutch this week when my system went down for the count. While waiting for delivery they helped keep my family cool with some portables, and the crew installed everything swiftly in a Professional manner. 10/10 will use again. Thanks!

Outstanding service! Before moving into our new home due to allergies to pets.. I called around to get estimates for duct cleaning. Everyone was so super expensive. I call Pro vac LLC their truck was parked up at the apartment complex I just move out of.. They arrived on time was very professional. They clean up check extra things for me with no problem.. Thank you Anthony! You will be hearing from me soon to set up maintenance!
It was great working with Anthony, he was very professional! He came promptly and fixed our AC back in June when it broke unexpectedly. Then when we had a malfunction with our gas fireplace a few weeks ago, he was quick to repair that as well. Highly professional and courteous, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for immediate and reliable services.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, they are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We hired this company to service our HVAC system. BIG mistake on our part. He was an hour or so late on arrival. When he got here, he serviced the system , everything seemed fine. Over the next couple days we noticed the house was really humid and just not cooling like it was just prior to him completing the service. We called him and left a voicemail Sunday or Monday. He called and said he would be out Tuesday the 1st at 10am. He didn't show up until almost noon. Looked at the system, took some stuff apart and shut it down completely. He said we were low on refrigerant. He proceeded to say he would be back between 3-4pm. He didn't show up until 6pm. At that point the house was really hot and he then said it wasn't the refrigerant! He started to mess with the wiring, he hit something and blew the main breaker to the house. He taped up the wiring, and made it so our AC would at least run to cool down the house. He said he would be out the next day (Wednesday) or Friday with one of his technicians. So Wednesday when we hadn't heard anything, we text him and asked whats up? When will you be coming? He then proceeds to tell us he won't be back until next Tuesday around 6-6:30 pm. At that point we had enough. We called a different reputable HVAC company to come out and fix whatever damage he caused. So they came out, replaced the one component he fried. But they were unable to fix everything. The cost that day was $215.03. So, we had to call another established HVAC company to come and see if they could fix all the damage he caused. So they came out two different days. The second day, two guys spent over 4 hours to try and diagnose problems. They found that, when he blew the breaker, he sent a high voltage through the low voltage part of a transformer. The company fixed it and that bill was $717.15. So now a simple system cleaning/service has cost an extra $932.18! He'
Terrific professionalism. Nick and Andreas showed up early and were friendly and helpful. They did a terrific job. Would highly recommend them for any duct cleaning.
I originally wrote a bad review because of time and community. However they got out to me the next morning and fixed the problem. Anyone who is willing to go in the crawlspace in 100 degree temps to help out a customer is a winner to me. Worth the wait the guys are awsome to work with.
Took the day off work to wait for a guy to come and give me a bid...Never showed and NEVER called. Poor service
Absolutely the best experience I ve had with a company in YEARS.!! Anthony, Nick, and Chris exceeded my expectations anove and beyond what Ive come to expect in the tricities. Fast, courteous, professional, superior wormanship....definitely! But it was the legitimate concern for me and my particular issue REALLY blew me away! I was terrified by pest intrusion and theirresponsiveness and compassion eas game changing. The price was more than reasonable...it was a blessing in these difficult times. I will use this team for EVERYTHING. I highly recommend and am very grateful to have found them.
Exceptional service in these STAY-AT-HOME times. Thoughtfully offered to run to Lowe’s to replace a dryer vent that was the final resting place of a squirrel that had fallen in. (Yuck, I know!) Placed a dryer vent cover so it doesn’t happen again! Thank you Pro Vac.

ProVac was sent out by a competitor in town who came the day before and didn’t do the job properly. The competition was dishonest and tried to pass it off that they cleaned the house vents and dryer vent but nothing was done. Anthony and Scott at ProVac came on time and was very thorough and professional. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.
Scott was absolutely amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, I’ll continue to keep my service with ProVac!
