John was an amazing guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and very responsive. He installed a new AC/furnace system and was on time with everything. He was a perfectionist and made our new system look and perform amazing. Will use for all future HVAC repairs/service!
Jhon was very professional and also explains what the problem with unit is in terms that we can understand and how we can prepare ourselves in the future to prevent from happening again his work ethic is exceptional

I highly recommend this company. John is excellent. He’s very knowledgeable, and he explains everything in a very coherent and precise way that is understandable. He takes the time to help you understand what is going on and answers all questions. I appreciate his level of knowledge. By far the most knowledgeable heating and air person I’ve ever had. He noticed some issues with my AC system that no other AC person even noticed before. John is quick to get back to you if you need an appointment. I also appreciate that he is honest and trustworthy. He will not try to overcharge you for things you don’t need like a lot of people will. His prices are definitely reasonable. I personally know that he is honest, trustworthy, and a really good person because he used to live next door to me and was an absolute wonderful neighbor. While out mowing his lawn, he always mowed my side too out of pure kindness. I never asked. It was something he did for several years of being my neighbor. Who does that? A very good and kind person. When he and his family moved and I needed some AC work done, I literally tracked them down because I knew John was someone who I could trust. And each time I’ve had service done, I don’t even think to hide my purse, lol, like I do with other service people. Being a female it can sometimes be worrisome about having a male service person in one’s house, so another reason why John is a perfect choice if you want someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind. I highly, highly recommend him. He does great work, and he’s an awesome person.
I am so happy I called John. He was able to fit me into his schedule last minute, fixed the problem in a timely manner, and was very fair in his pricing. I will definitely be using Pro-Synergy in the future!
John not only saved me money, but his personality and work ethic are exceptional. He showed up on time fixed the problem the another company couldn’t, and left the job cleaner than it was before he arrived. Thanks John!
