Worst phone etiquette/customer service in the Service Industry, Period, not just hvac work, or local companies, but of any company I’ve ever dealt with…
Mark from pro source showed up at my home at 9pm to look at my AC. Took it apart and stated that he would be back the next day to fix it. He never returned or answered a message sent to him. My AC is currently still not back together. Poor service.
Showed up on time. Had my AC fixed in no time.
Had an old A/C unit go out at the worst possible time.... Heat wave... Using my home warranty, we were put in touch with these folks. Had immediate response, considering the home warranty route, which was perfect. Problem was diagnosed, claim was submitted and the process was very smooth. I am giving Pro Source (Jen) credit for running this whole process smoothly, always keeping us informed the whole way. Initial tech, Tommy, gave us piece of mind and went a long way to ensure that we would be taken care of the right way. Install team did a fantastic job. Very professional (Joe & Ian), respectful, neat, informative and just made that whole deal much more pleasant to cope with. Highly recommend. Will be securing a preventative maintenance plan with them for both my new a/c and my furnace as well
These guys knew the issue before they even arrived. Took a grand total of about 7 minutes and my AC is up and running. Definitely would recommend them to anybody! Thanks again!!!!
CSR lied to us over and over again. Said it will be covered, with home warrenty, if not don't worry about it. We finally get a bill from August, 5 months latter, saying we owe money. I called the company and informed them that we was promise that we wasn't going to get a bill. I also informed her that the text, conversation, she had with the owner stating it wasn't covered, but she agreeded to the work anyways. So now I had to waste my time to contact the HSA company, and they said as a one time courtesy that it was apporoved, that they never received a bill. So to me seems like double dipping. Either way HSA told them to stop sending us a bill and to send it to them.
I have had a very horrible experience with this company. I highly recommend using another company for heating and air. The person on the phone was very unprofessional and the technician lied about what I was paying for in my bill. Also, they are awful at returning your phone calls. I will not use this company again. If your home warranty company sets you up with them I would request being with someone else.
ProSource is the best. I will never have anyone else besides ProSource work on my HVAC system ever again. I purchased a home in October and had the heat pump and the furnace go out two weeks later. My home warranty sent ProSource out as a second opinion after having a lot of issues with the first company they sent. I instantly felt better having ProSource out to my home. Tom is the owner and he is very honest and straight-forward. Jen runs the office and is very kind and helpful-she is really knowledgeable and went out of her way to update me as the job progressed. Joe is a service tech and is efficient, friendly, and hard working. The three of them went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend ProSource to anyone looking for honest work on their HVAC system.
Pro-Source was the third AC contractor dispatched to my home by American Home Shield (On September 27) after I filed an initial claim for non-functioning AC unit on July 2nd. The first contractor was extremely unprofessional, drug their feet, and installed our brand new indoor and outdoor units incorrectly. The second contractor failed to repair the issue when said unit was blowing hot air instead of cold. ProSource was recommended to us by an electrical contractor, and I am so glad they were. Our first appointment had to be moved back on the day of, as our scheduled technician was ill, but Jen was able to squeeze us in as the first appointment the next morning rather than making us wait. Tommy was quick, knowledgable, and fixed the issue (shoddy wiring) within minutes. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and also the warning signs to look out for for future issues that may arise from the way the unit was originally installed. ProSource should be the first contractor sent out when there is an HVAC service request - not the third. We are so extremely grateful to finally have our AC functioning as it should be. Thank you!!
I had an issue with my AC unit and filed a claim with the warranty company. They gave the job to Pro Source Heating and Air Conditioning. Per the contract they had 24hrs to contact me and 48hours to service my AC unit. After 48hours I received an email stating our service would be scheduled for a week out. Although it was against the contract it is early in the season, temperatures were reasonable and I decided to wait. Come service day I took the day off and nobody showed up. I called 10 minutes after my service window and nobody answered the phone. I left a voice mail and nobody returned my call. I then received an email stating my appointment had been canceled with no explanation. Now the warranty company has given the job to a different contractor but now i must hope they show up within the next two days as temperatures are expected to peak at nearly 90 degrees F. I have two year old and now i have been forced to wait over a week for service. No phone call or communication from Pro Source. I am an understanding person that has experience being in the field.I understand what its like to not meet service appointment deadlines, but how hard is it to pick up the phone and keep your customer in the loop? Pro-Source gave me call this evening and apparently there was a clerical error in their system regarding my telephone number which is why no phone call was made. The error has been fixed, the information has been double checked and a new service appointment has been made. I am looking forward to having the AC unit serviced by Pro-Source and will update my review post service. The service appointment went much different this time. I received phone calls and text message updates prior to the appointment. The experience was much different than what i had experienced before. Communication was great, the service was great, they were courteous and professional. I can honestly say that i would recommend Pro-Source to others. My first experience with Pro-Source was
Incredible customer service. Tom is a down to earth and a super knowledgeable straight shooter. Jen is very empirical and user friendly in laying out all the options for your particular situation. Joe who installed the equipment was extremely courteous and expertly (and patiently) entertained my amateur questions as a first time home buyer. I bid out the work and they were chosen because they were very competitive in price and the customer service was amazing. Disclaimer: I know none of them personally and first met them when having older unit issues six months ago. Authentic review. They are top notch.
The service tech was amazing! He was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Great prices and great service! Overall fantastic experience, and I would recommend them to everyone.
Heating went out in the evening on one of the most coldest nights of the year. Called 10 P.M. and Tommy was at my house early the next day and had my blower replaced and repaired within an hour. Friendly, courteous, professional and prompt is the best way I can describe my dealing with Pro Source Heating and Air Conditioning. Highly recommend this company and they will take over all my servicing of my unit from here on out. 5 Stars........
My furnace stopped working this week so I called Pro-Source Heating and Air Conditioning. Even though they had a booked schedule that day, they still were able to squeeze me in and had my problem fixed the same day. The pricing was more than fair. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience and would highly recommend Pro-Source for all of your heating and air needs.
Wanted to thank Pro Source Heating and Air for all the hard work. Finding my parts wasn't easy and when other companies told me it couldn't be done, Pro Source got my heat working and fixed my problem and I NOW have a New heating and air company... Thanks Pro Source!!!
The Staff is great and work was 2nd to non.. Pro Source came in and fixed the problem the first time and they fixed it right. The price was a lot better that the other companies in the area.. Thanks for all the hard work Pro Source.
The staff at Pro Source Heating and Air was very polite and helpful with scheduling my appointment and answering my questions. The Service Tech that arrived at my home was very knowledgeable and professional, He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue that I had with my furnace. His work area was cleaner when he left than it was before he arrived. I am completely satisfied with Pro Source Heating and Air and I have already scheduled my spring check up for our Air Conditioning.
