Mitch with Proline AC & Heating Services is fantastic. We had our AC go out in the heat of the summer last year and needed some help fast. Proline popped up in my google search, he had great reviews, so I gave it a shot. I cannot even put into words how happy I am that I did. He responded within 30 minutes (on a Saturday) and came straight to us after he finished up the call he was currently on. He quickly identified the problem and stayed well into the evening to get our AC back up and running. Talk about customer service!!! He's extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard working and his work is impeccable. He is now our go-to for any AC/Heat needs. He always responds promptly, explains in detail what the issue is, provides us with a quote before he starts working and won’t leave until the issue has been resolved (unless, of course, he needs to order a part). Woke up on my only day off Sunday morning, ac wasn’t working. Called about 6 places before I found Mitch, no one wanted to come out. He came out went in the attic told me the main circuit board had a burnt relay but I would be without AC for the day. We started talking about trucks and stuff and he told me he may have a board at his shop. Went home called me an hour later saying he has a spare circuit board. He was the only guy willing to come out to my house on a Sunday and he did and by 8:45 pm, I had ac. Get to sleep at home tonight. Thank you Mitch, you have my business from here on out for ac repair.

I’ve had several moments where I needed advice on how to troubleshoot our AC unit. Mitch is always available at any minute to take a call and depending on the hour and his workload he usually can get to the house within an hour or two. I am giving Mitch 5 stars because he could have told us something is wrong and come over and charged us. He instead used his time to troubleshoot over the phone and he has been 100% spot on. I recommend him for any work on AC units.

Called to get someone to look at my outside AC unit. He said he could be here in about an hour. Explained my problem, fan not turning. Informed him that I had replaced fan capacitor, start/run capacitor, contactor and the condenser fan motor, but still had the same problem. Then he became very rude, told me he marks up the parts and that it would be much more expensive than me purchacing my own parts. Which is every business that I know of, that's how they stay in business. I had done everything I felt comfortable trying, which is why I called my local AC repair to come fix it. Except he told me I should call another company. I said ok and did, they were here within the hour, reversed my fan motor, charged me a diagnostic fee and left. I'm so happy this guy at proline showed his true colors over the phone, so glad I didn't give this guy my money. In the future when I need a new unit or I need a compressor, or I need more Freon. I will be calling Country Air Co. because they valued by business and I now value theirs. Not only will I use them, I will recommend them, and make sure to inform anyone I meet not to use proline, it was worst customer service from any company I have ever received!!!!!!

Mitch owner of Pro Line answered my call quickly outside of normal working hours while in the middle of a job. He quickly told me he could be over to my house in 1 hour. Mitch performed only the work that needed to be done and did not charge for any fictitious services that the "large ac guys" like to (no low on Freon pitch). He completed the repair in 30 minutes and was lower than all in the area on parts and labor. He shared information with me on how I could prolong my units life and gave me a cash discount. I am a good judge of character and very technically inclined and I had complete faith in Mitch whilst observing his work and his professionalism. He did NOT ask me to write a review but I was so impressed with his work that I wanted others to know!
