Glad to have the same experience as so many of the other reviewers! Patrick was responsive, arrived within our schedule time framed, and was very reasonably priced! Our AC went out … we call and Patrick was able to come today and fix us up!! Patrick is an A# 1 AC guy!!! A new unit would have been many thousands but for it was only $599 to rebuild and rewire our compressor plus fix capacitor issues … our home is already cool again! On time, extremely knowledge and informative!! We now can refer an honest hardworking fair guy to our friends and family KNOWING Patrick will treat them right!! Thank You Patrick!!!
Air conditioning condenser fan stopped working. The service manager Patrick Safford (I'm bad with names but I'm guessing that was him based on the card he left me) was prompt and very polite. The service manager was informative and attempted to resolve the issue by identifying common issues associated with my air conditioner. Once he exhaust that he was able to determine two parts needed to be replaced. He was informative and kept me up to date with the pricing before he moved forward. Once he got the air conditioning up and running again he advised me that it would benefit from 2 lb of refrigeration coolant and a good condenser cleaning. Once that was complete I saw a noticeable difference in my air conditioning quality. All this on a hot Saturday afternoon while it was storming outside. Thank you again for the quick repair and looking forward to contacting you in the future when we renovate the home and upgrade our unit. Thank you again!
Patrick and his team was great and very professional! He was very knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner replacing my Old HVAC and got me up and running swiftly with the new HVAC. I called on Sunday morning and they came right on out in just a few short hours. Our A/C was on the fritz. Patrick diagnosed the problem....he was upfront about the cost and then he performed his magic! He had our system back up and running within 30-45 minutes! It was already cooling off before he had left our home. He was very professional and on time! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone having issues with their system. I needed an emergency AC repair. Patrick responded to my after hours online request that day and fixed my AC the next day. I was so pleased with the service I received I will use Pro Cool Heating and Air for maintenance in the future.
DON'T LET THE $29 SERVICE CALL FOOL YOU! THEIR MINIMUM CHARGE IS $199 FOR CONNECTING A CUT WIRE. NO ONE CHARGES SO MUCH FOR SO LITTLE.

Patrick arrived the day after contact, diagnosed my issue, and provided several options. After short discussion, he addressed the issues, finished the work and was on his way. I appreciated the quick response - another item off my list!
Pro Cool Heating and Air was very professional, responsive and thorough in diagnosing my AC. I was without air 6 days prior to due to dealing with another AC Repair vendor who failed at delivering timely customer service and desired outcome. Upon calling Pro Cooling Heating and Air late afternoon on Thursday, they came out to diagnose my AC on the next day. Within that same day, PC was able to find the critical component repair part during COVID-19 (manufacturing/plant limited production), which was essential toward repairing my AC. They repaired and restored my AC in the heart of the summer in Georgia. Outstanding work by Patrick (Service Manager) in coordinating, diagnosing and ensuring the repair project was completed. His knowledge of AC repair issues are second to none. Pro Cool Heating and Air exceeded my expectations beyond measure in comparison to previous dealings with a much larger HVAC Conglomerate.
