I am so pleased with the service that I received from ProAire Control LLC! The lady who called to schedule the appointment was so nice and sweet. The technician was on time and extremely professional. He went over and above and even took the time to explain everything to me. I would 100% recommend this company and I will be calling them again for all of my HVAC needs.

Horrible customer service and completely unorganized. Originally we were told that the tech would arrive between 8:30-9:30 I was called at 9 to ask rather the tech will be able to come between. 4-5. I said that was fine. The tech did not show up until 6:30 and did nothing but collect the 100$. He then told us he would be back the next day at 3:30. My husband took off work early so that someone would be home between 330-430. Nobody showed up, nobody called and I decided to call at 630 and the only thing I was told if "he got held up at another job". Couple days later they sent out a new tech and he reeked of cigarettes. Then look at the problem and told my husband he has to go call the office and see what was the next step. Before we knew it, he was gone. We had no idea what was found wrong and it took them four days to send the report to our insurance. Soon all our phone calls began going unanswered and we had to keep calling the insurance to get any answers. Unprofessional, unorganized... if you can help it... do not waste your time on this company.
This was the most unprofessional, unorganized company I’ve ever tried to work with. My A/C Unit was not working for 2 months and they didn’t care at all. We were forced to use them because of the warranty on our A/C Unit. They hardly ever answered the phone. And they will NEVER call back if you leave a voice mail or even if they say they will. They scheduled and appointment to fix our unit and then just didn’t show up and wouldn’t answer any of our calls for 2 days after that. The secretaries are unknowledgeable, rude, and will lie to you. They also enjoy complaining about their responsibilities when confronted about not calling back. The technician was nice and knew what he was doing, and he was the only professional person I talked to from this company. But when he first arrived (over and hour late) he knew nothing about the the report and brought the wrong parts to the job because of the company’s lack of communication, not only to their customers, but also to their own technicians! No one should use this company in my opinion. They had me between a rock and a hard place in my situation and took advantage of that. I’m sure they’ll do the same with others.
