Jason from Pristine HVAC first serviced our 15-year-old mini-split system. When he discovered a faulty unit, we chose his company to replace rather than repair our old equipment. He installed 2 rooftop compressors and 4 indoor fan coil units. A manufacturer's issue with the new equipment necessitated additional visits before final resolution. Jason stuck to his initial pricing, despite the additional time and work. All issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Jason was a very good communicator, helping us to understand each step of the process, and meticulous in our home, taking care of adjacent furniture and finishes and carefully cleaning up after his work. In all, Pristine HVAC did very good work and was reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional staff. Quick response. My AC unit stopped working after 5 years. Danny and Jason were extremely helpful and checked out the system. They came out the same day as my initial call and provided options for a new HVAC system and scheduled the order and installation. During the installation, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They installed the new system and answered any questions we had for them. Our family appreciates all of their hard work and highly recommend this company.

I needed to replace my entire Ductless Split system. They came out and within the same day I had a team member come out to see my system. I had my estimate by the next day. We made the appointment for the install. They pulled everything out and resinstalled within two days of work. The new lines look so much better than what we had previously and the tubing they’re using is much less likely to degrade than the old copper lines. They tested everything for leaks and filled the holes with spray foam to insulate. They were careful to wear booties inside my house and kept their masks on for everyone’s safety. They are certified Fujitsu contractors so I know I’ll be able to have my unit serviced in case anything goes wrong. A wonderful company with bright young workers. I will recommend them to my friends
I purchased my home about two years ago. I knew it was time to do a maintenance on my HVAC. The last thing I wanted was no AC in the summer . I am so glad I took this route and reached out to Pristine. They got back to me quick and we scheduled the appointment next day! Jason came to my house on time and was so professional. He ended pushing out a large pile of gunk out of my vents. He told me eventually it would just keep piling up and it would turn off. I really felt like I avoid a terrible situation. I thought Jason really knew his stuff and the price is very reasonable. I’m happy I found this company to maintenance my house every year 😊
The team at Pristine HVAC is extremely knowledgeable and provides unparalleled customer service. I had an emergency issue with my unit during the height of the summer heat. The team promptly arrived the day I called and was able to address my issue. These guys were amazing and was able to consult me through the issues discovered to prevent future malfunctions (something most companies choose to hide). Danny and Jason are honest and true gentleman that will get the job done. Highly recommended. A++.

Daniel helped replace an old analog thermostat to a digital one. He was responsive and patient in answering all my questions.

Danny and Jason were able to identify the problem with my hvac unit and prescribed the most cost effective way to address the issue. Was able to complete the job and test the system in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend.
