The team at Pristine Air are very professional and hardworking. We needed the ac extended to our garage and they were in an out in a flash and our garage is cooling off as I type. The attic was super hot but they went right to work like the pros they are at 2pm. Highly recommend.
Eddie was very professional and he gave us helpful tips on how not to over run our unit. We will continue to use Pristine Air for great service.
An ethical and honest company!!! My air conditioner stopped working and it was hot as hell in my home. I called Pristine Air and after answering a few questions, it sounded like I was going to need a new unit and it would be a pricey job. But, we were prepared to pay as there was no way we were going to be without air-conditioning. Eddie came out to my home to fix our unit. He went into our attic for a while, then when he came down, the air was running right and blowing out cold air. Apparently, a metering device was not allowing the compressor to work. Eddie could have easily sold us a new unit and we would have paid for it and the labor. But instead, Eddie was ethical and honest and fixed the actual issue which cost us a fraction of what a new unit would have. I am thankful for a company that is ethical! Thank you Eddie and Pristine Air!
Very professional.. service tech was on time and very helpful… price was fair and lower then the other techs that came out I would totally recommend for any of your HVAC needs !!
