Technician Steve arrived at the early side on when to expect him. He was courteous, professional, and determined to figure out the problem. No parts were required, just his trouble shooting and experience. Our systems's issue was fixed and we're happy with hotter days expected this weekend. He was recommended to me by a friend and I will 100% recommend him and his company even on the local Face Book page if someone is in need.
My husband and I own a local business. When my AC went out at my place of business I called Priority One Inc. and they came out right away. Steve was wonderful! He took the time to explain the issues and concern he had on my units. Steve repaired my units same day and they were up and running better than ever. The Team showed up early, removed the old units (Heating & AC) repaired the floor under the Furnace and installed new units. They were efficient and very professional. I would definitely use them again should the need arise. Excellent work Roy Stephens
My 5 ton rooftop a/c unit stopped blowing cold air last week, so I looked online and found priority one, who had great reviews. I gave them a call and Steve came out within just a couple hours and found my compressor had failed. Despite my unit being older, he was still able to find the parts needed. So he was able to fix it, instead of having to replace the whole unit at over three times the price. He started and finished the repair today in less the two hours and our home is nice and cool again. I would absolutely hire priority one again.
