Quick fair quote. No sales pitch. Much, much less than the big names in town. Came out next day. Installed 2 units quickly and left no mess. Would use again!

I am extremely happy with the service I have received from Priority Comfort. When I was shopping for a new HVAC system we needed the ductwork and basically everything replaced. Priority Comfort was the best quote. I got 8-10 different quotes. I have also been SO happy I chose them. Cheaper isn't always better but the customer service from Priority Comfort has been amazing. We have a baby and an issue with the system at Christmas. The issue wasn't their fault but they came out immediately and got us taken care of. I am extremely happy with my choice to use them for my HVAC needs.
I’m thinking I made a mistake referring this company. The owner looks like he came from the backwoods of NC. My friend said they were late, It was not professional when she called and they looked sketchy when they pulled up. Had another company come out and they fixed the issue and she said they were saying it was not able to be fixed. You would not have ran a call for myself. It was a referral from a friend for a neighbor. It’s not the one in Greensboro. Low quality. Low professionalism. Low in general.

One of their techs came out right away, diagnosed the issue and explained it in great detail. Got everything that was needed to fix the issue and more at a very great price. I would highly recommend them over any other HVAC company in the Charlotte area!
Unfortunately I paid 149.00 dollars for the maintenance program last fall. I thought it was a good deal and was happy that I was offered to pay the 149 for a service call and the maintenance. When I sent a message to schedule a check up on my AC I got no response and I saw the message had been read. There was a leak in my coil and luckily I got a response from another company because my unit would have been seriously damaged.
Customer service is excellent with Priority Comfort! I wasn't even sure I had an issue with my unit, but they came out to check on it anyway and found the problem, fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable price! Good people!
Fast, professional service from consulting thru installation of a gas line to our outside grill. A great team to work with for quality
They did a great job replacing our air conditioning. After getting 4 different quotes, we chose Priority Comfort. The price was very competitive and they were great about communicating. They were even able to fix a small leak in the gas line that connects to my grill. I'm very happy with their work.

Great Team!!! Caring, on time, provide amazing customer service, excellent prices, really work with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction. We had both our HVAC replaced, then a complete install of encapsulation under our home. We are so happy, will be life long customers now with preventative maintenance for years to come. Seriously can't rate these guys high enough. Dan's team is really experienced and has helped us a few times now. They have repaired both our furnace and AC resulting from poor maintenance from previous owners of our home. One of their guys even spent time on the phone to convince a manufacturer to warranty our unit even though the previous owners did not set the warranty up as they were supposed to. If it is broke they will fix it for a fair price. If it is running they will help keep it running for a long time. Again, highly recommend
