Was very impressed with how thorough my inspection of my system was. He noticed a cover off that I didn’t even notice was missing until it was put back on. Took his time to explain options, and instead of just selling me a filter system for hundreds of dollars he told me to try a different filter first, and it worked! I will be using Priority Air for my Maintinance for sure!

We have had problems with our AC for decades and have been through many air conditioning companies. They were all dishonest, took our money, and didn't care that we weren't happy. Most of the companies told us we needed a new motor, so we bought at least 3 at 1,000 a pop. None of them even looked in the attic. After years of buying motors and still not feeling cool, we contacted 3 AC companies. The first one wanted 22k and wanted to replace the condenser unit outside, the ductwork, and the air handler. The second one was cheaper, but he wanted to replace the ductwork and the air handler; he wanted 13k. Then we called Jim at Priority Air. Jim looked in the attic and noticed the ducts were too small for our air handler. He didn't ask us to replace our condenser or the air handler. His fee was less than half the price of the second company's quote. My husband said he was the first tech that came over that was not condescending and pushy. He was very professional and finished the job in just a few days. He asked important questions, ensured which areas we wanted cooler, and installed an extra vent in the master bedroom. Our house is cooler than it has been in 30 years! I am finally comfortable in my own home! Can't thank him enough. Highly recommended!
Will certainly use them again for all my A/C needs. On time and they do an extremely thorough job. Their pricing was fair, and they also were reasonable in the assessment of what needed to be replaced and what did not.
I would use NO ONE ELSE than Nick with Priority Air Conditioning to come out and work on my home A/C system!!! WHAT A PHENOMENAL JOB!! After calling multiple companies around the area with no answer or delayed service time, I found Nick on the first ring. He was able to talk with me about the issues I was having over the phone and promptly came out to fix our A/C. He delivered such a professional and knowledgeable insight while he was here and never pressured me to make a decision like all these other companies have before. I have never met someone so kind and caring in this business as I have with Nick. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Priority Air Conditioning to anyone I hear withA/C troubles or needing maintenance. I have know Jim for many years. He has taken wonderful care of us in 2 homes and my Mom's home. Very attentive to detail, polite, kind, sincere, you can definitely count on him. He has always gone above and beyond for his customers. I have recommended him several times.
