Very impressive owner and crew. Communication was great and they showed up and did a great job replacing an entire AC system. Will recommend them and definitely use them for service and maintenance.
Had home AC system installed, great experience overall. They stood out from all the other hvac companies I received quotes from. I am happy I decided to choose them for the job. They were very polite and courteous. They explained everything to us very thoroughly. Job was completed in a timely and neat manner. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Great communication from start to finish. Assessed and corrected the issue same day and was able to order and install a part needed ASAP. Simple payment system and great communication. I recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

I called this company on Friday Nov 30th because my tenant's boiler stopped working, when Kyle answered he told me he was able to come to the apartment do a diagnostic then base on what's the problem is he will let me know. While I was driving from work, he told my tenant that the boiler needed a new thermocouple and he could replace it for a total of 313.23 (Diagnosis and Part). Without hesitation I agreed to the service because I wanted the apartment to have heat, 3 days later the boiler stopped working again, when I called Kyle he said it's because it's a new thermocouple, (often when you replace a new thermocouple issues like that occur ) all we need to to light it again. He stop by and light it, then next morning on a Friday the boiler stop working again. I called him and texted him Friday I couldn't get hold of him, when I finally was able to talk to him he said he would stop by the house later to fix it. Believe it or not, as of now Kyle still hasn't stopped by the apartment, he doesn't answer his phone, and neither reply to his text messages. Honestly, what's the point doing business with someone who can't finish a job that he started or at least let me know you couldn't fix it so I could look for someone else. The tenant spent the whole weekend without heat and now I have to pay new technician to start the process over. Since you replied to my review, here's your response: Why would I stop you from coming back to fix the boiler? You are are the one who refused to answer your cellphone and refused to reply to my text. Instead of replying to this review how about you text me back tell me you couldn't do it. I paid you $313.23 just to fix something that last 3 days. Now I have to call a new technician and pay him another service call fee, plus I have to buy space heaters to give to the tenant. Put it that way, a thermocouple cost $20 I paid you $313.23 for something you didn't fix. How fair is that, remember that honesty is the best policy.
Kyle was very responsive and took care of the job quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.
I can't thank Kyle, Aderlin, and the men of Prince Noah enough. Kyle worked hard to get us a price we could afford and we finally pulled the trigger on Lennox ductless minisplits All of the employees are timely, respectful, and friendly. They installed a 30,000 BTU compressor with 2 heads on our first floor, all in one day. They treated us and our property with respect, as they laid down cloth tarps in every room that they were working in. They were upbeat and positive the whole time. They even responded well to some last minute changes on both sides. Payment was easy, half before, half after. They were even able to upgrade us at the last minute for no additional charge. The only hiccup we had involved a leaky condensation line, which was taken care of the next day. I wish every contractor experience could go this way, lord knows we've had some nightmares. Lastly, they stand by their work and told us to call with any problems or questions, and for service down the road. From A to Z, these guys are the best HVAC company around.
