I received excellent service when a heating & air unit needed to be replaced for a 98 year old lady. It was in early February when the weather was cold. They treated our call as an emergency and was very prompt in taking care of our needs. I highly recommend this company and will reach out to them again if need be.

Marc Primus did a fantastic job installing the heat pump system in our new house. It works great, and the exposed, modern ducts are beautiful. Within 4 months of installation, we had a few problems with fuses blowing, and each time Marc came to our house within hours (even on a holiday) and got our HVAC working again. He came out 3 times until he found the source of the issue, and we haven't had a single problem since.

I have used Primus Heating & Air Conditioning since 2008. The owner is courteous, timely and responsive. When I was a single female, he was always very professional. He put me at ease. The thing I like the most about Mr. Primus is that he’s in and out. He diagnose the problem, he quotes the price, obtain the part(s), and then fix the problem. When he’s done the project is complete. I don’t have to call him back to fix the same problem. Mr. Primus is honest and works to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend and endorse Primus Heating & Air Conditioning!!

Mark is an awesome guy. He did an install for us on a remodel and since then I have used him several times for issues. He always responds quickly and is able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. He works hard and his prices are always fair.
