Primo Air Masters has serviced my family's home for many years. Mr Mario Machorro and his staff has always done an outstanding job on my family's HVAC needs. The technicians are very professional and courteous, and they do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends (and already have).
I did not have a good experience using this company. They came out to service my unit and said there were possible leaks. They then sold me a $280 package to seal the unit that "should last me a couple of years." Instead, less than a year later, my unit is low on freon again. They said they couldn't even refill the unit without 'sealing' it again. As a last ditch sales attempt, they encouraged me to buy a new unit from them for $14,000.
Great family-based company. Professional, clean, polite and expeditious service. They take their time to explain what they do and why. No sales pressure whatsoever. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and honest A/C repair service. Our outside unit was not working and our house reached 89 degrees. Mario was able to come out the same day I called him and get our unit working. We just bought our house last year and he was able to educate us on the age of our system and recommended when we should think about getting it replaced since we bought an older home and the outside unit is definitely aged. We have a home warranty program but in the future we will be calling Machorro Multiservices for our A/C needs.
Mario Machorro is only name in A.C. repair anyone will need to know. I came home after a long day at work to a malfunctioning A.C.. I called him at 5pm. He arrived at 6pm. And my A.C. was up and running by 7:30pm. He was fair, honest, and affordable. He even returned the following day free of charge to check on the system to ensure everything was still running smoothly. My hats off to Mario and his son for truly a job well done by this family owned business.
Responded immediately when my AC went out, worked with me on price, friendly & quick service, and much more cost effective than the competition. I definitely recommend Machorro Multiservices and will be using them for any future work I need done.
