Overall the service was okay I guess, but I felt like I was being told anything could be wrong with my working system and my technician created an atmosphere of fear that this could cost anywhere between $400 and at one point he mentioned $1,400 to test for leaks. This was my very first service on a brand new system. I am the first and only homeowner. My tuneup ending up costing $314 for 1lb of refrigerant. Good thing I also bought my own air filter to swap for around $70.00 too! They cancelled my first appointment and I missed hours at work. The day they arrived I missed 3 more hours so overall the cost seemed astronomical to me but that’s just my personal opinion.
Sufian and his team are phenomenal!! Prime Heating and Cooling installed AC in our 1929 house working professionally, skillfully, and efficiently in our old and funky home. Sufian came out to provide the quote (which was the best price of the 5 companies I had assess our situation) and performed the installation himself with the help his team. Additionally, he returned after the initial quote to verify whether we needed to update our breaker panel prior to the installation date to verify there weren't going to be any surprise costs. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats they they were cognizant of closing all doors and gates while at our home which was greatly appreciated. They even went out of their way to avoid walking through the house as much as possible to avoid tracking dirt through the living room. Sufian made sure the entire system worked prior to departure and even fixed an error message our thermastat was giving us that another company caused during their estimate. He and his entire team was respectful while in our home and is clearly a very knowledgable and skilled technician. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC work. Our husky-mix will be very appreciative of the hard work Prime Heating and Cooling performed on our home.

The original thermostat installed 2 years earlier, wasn't working properly on the heat pump. It wouldn't keep the house warm when the temperature dropped into the 30's. Anticipating cold weather, I called and Saif was there the next day to replace it. Now the house is staying warm.
They were great - came up with fabulous, creative ideas for placement of complex system components and went above and beyond in providing personal care and service. Sufian is the BEST!

Excellent experience all around. Our furnace went out during a cold snap in December and they were super responsive, friendly, and informative. They demonstrated integrity and personal interest in a solution that worked right for our situation. Highly recommend using this local business!
Wonderful doing business with Prime Heating and Cooling. I have a Day Care Center they just installed air condition in. They could only work weekends since they could not work during business hours as kids were in the building. To get the job done timely, they spent 5 days straight over the 4th of July weekend working. (I closed one business day for this project) they cared about getting the job done and keeping my doors open! I learned a lot about the work they did too. I feel confident I could call them any time with any questions. The system is working wonderfully! Our large building is staying nice and cool through the heat! I highly recommend doing business with these guys.

These guys are amazing! My Mom’s AC stopped working while we were visiting and the temps were hitting high 90’s. We called the people who installed my Mom’s system and they couldn’t get her in for over a week. I went to Yelp and came across Prime Heating & Cooling and so glad I did. They had extended their hours because of the heat wave and fit us in same day! They were so kind, quick and reasonably priced. I highly recommend you call them for any heating or cooling needs. They’ve got a long time customer in us now.
I highly recommend Prime Heating and Cooling. They have been to my house to repair a dryer vent that was a fire hazard - outside the scope of their business. I really appreciated that! And just a few minutes ago I tried to turn on my AC and nothing happened. I called Prime Heating/Cooling and the technician was able to solve the problem over the phone. I really appreciate the professionalism and honesty of this business. They have earned my loyalty!

I called on Monday morning and Prime was able to schedule an appointment for diagnostics the same day. Sufain called to let me know he was on the way, he was even early. During the diagnostic he found an easily repairable item. A clogged hose. Lucky for us Sufain came to the rescue. We had such a good experience with Prime Heating and Cooling. Thank you again for the nice work.

Sufian and his team were / are amazing. We had a few other companies come out and offer an estimate, Sufian was the only one that didn't treat us like we new absolutely everything about mini splits but also with intelligence. He was very thoughtful on placement and what would look best for our house. He and his team were very respectful and made sure to clean up after they were done. Sufian cares and it shows in the quality of work he and his team produce. I could go on and on, but that gets really old. He's amazing. Hire him. Seriously. Do it.
I was able to get a next day appointment. Just needed a furnace tune up. I had no previous problems with the unit, so was happy that I was not "upsold" any products or repairs that were not needed.
We had been waiting for our home warranty get a contractor out to service our air conditioner that went out 9 days prior, to no avail. I looked up 5 star ratings and called three of them at 5:45 pm. Saif from Prime called me back within 15 min and said he was finishing up a job nearby and could be there in 10 min. Sure enough he was here within 10 min. He was gracious enough to speak to my home warranty folks to get an authorization for the services and answered all of their annoying questions securing the authorization to get me reimbursed. He was super quick, had the part on his truck and got us cooling again in less than an hour.
Great experience working with this company! The owner was quick to respond, friendly, and professional. He caught details of our install that other quotes missed, and which would have otherwise been a major headache. We will definitely go with Prime again for any other HVAC needs!
