Customer service from the office & technicians were helpful and friendly! My technician, Faizan and his supervisor were communicative and detailed in their work. They were fast to get me in as well which I was very content with. Overall, very happy with the way this business works.

I found Prime Genus workers to be very knowledgeable,efficient and professional.I have no problem in giving them a very high recommendation.
They sent two technicians to do this because one was obviously training. It took them 50 minutes and they charged me $300 for the part and labor. The whole process took 2 1/2 weeks and was $410. It was not the best or the worst experience to get my DCS grill fixed

Obaid promised to give me pictures after he took them from my condenser leaking while he was charging my credit card for his diagnostic was $89, but he didn't do it. After I asked these pictures again with a lady from this service over phone. She said yes, but didn't send them to me. I was upset and tried to ignore my $89 for refrigerator only typed on my invoice paid, but Suliman called me and said sorry for this lady is new staff. He sent me pictures of diagnostic and prices of parts needed to replace. He willing to give me refund of $89 for this mistake. I greatly appreciated your thinking of customer's feeling and good care of your service. Your service is excellent to trust and come back again!
I needed a new fridge. After a discussion between property management, consultation with an on-site technician who assessed the former fridge’s problem and took measurements, the fridge provider, and Prime Genius, a wrong-sized fridge came three weeks later on April 7. Prime Genius was apologetic and kind and left the fridge for me to use in the meantime as a loaner. However, getting the proper sized fridge, to fit into a corner, took over two more weeks. The proper fridge was delivered on April 24. While I really appreciated how quickly the team installed the fridge the whole process took too long. (Over a month without a fridge, living out of a camping cooler and buying ice becomes a burden.) Also, there weren't many available times given by Prime Genius that lined up with my schedule so I had to skip work to make one work. I appreciated the professional comportment of the gentlemen that installed and their intent to make sure the installation was smooth but the company has logistical issues it needs to improve on: communicating measurements and double checking them, having more available times in which to drop off, and speeding up the process in general. Perhaps my situation was an anomaly, living in a small studio and I’m sure they had plenty of other jobs.
The two men that came out were thorough and friendly. They fixed the electrical issue with our air conditioner and made sure it ran properly before they left.

Prime Genius came out to fix our refrigerator on a couple occasions and were very good. They did their work well, resolved the issue, were prompt and professional. Since we rent, we dont know the details of the pricing/value.
