Prime Air Solutions made replacing our A/C unit easy. We had a 15 year old unit that would not last through another GA summer. Josh was very knowledgeable and discussed all the possible options with us so we could make a decision. His team worked in the rain and left no trace in the house as they removed/installed the unit. Their prices are great. Would definitely recommend to all who need help with their heating and air needs.

Prime Air Solutions really helped us out. We bought our unit 7 years ago with a 10 year warranty from another company. Unfortunately, they went out of business and didn’t send in our warranty registration. So when our air quit working we were very concerned. But Joshua with Prime Air Solutions was able to come out the day we called and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our circuit board had a burnt resistor, and the soldering done by the previous company allowed the freon to slowly leak out of the system. Prime Air Solutions was able to get a replacement board, and repair the leaks the next day, and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

He had to change out a part. It was late in the day but still ran to Athens got the part and replaced it the same day. All around great guy. Will use him again. Highly recommend this company. Honest and dependable!
