Lloyd was AWESOME 🦄 and got us up and working first thing Monday morning on schedule. Our entire local family use Prime Air Conditioning for many years and they are always 5 STARS!!!
Peter and the gang at Prime Air are excellent. Very professional, punctual, easy to contact, dependable, high quality and fair pricing. You may find a lower quote but I would not recommend going with any lower price than Prime Air. I have had Prime Air service for years and it has always been excellent. The recent install was perfect - did it all in a day and hardly disrupted my business. A month later, we had a minor issue with draining and they came out within an hour and fixed it - perfect since.

They came claim they made a repair in the tenant and the air conditioning temperature indicates that they did not do anything and they charged me $350 and were very rude. Don’t use them this place is a Rip off and they wanted to charge me 2 1/2% for a service charge to use a credit card I never heard of such a thing.p
I have then perform my residential maintenance yearly and I highly recommend prime air for the job! Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Danielle always contacts me to schedule the next appointments. Richard my service tech is always punctual and always comes out and performs a wonderful job. They stand behind their products and service, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for service, a new install or maintenance.
They changed out my thermostat was still under warranty and charged me for it anyways. Plus Danielle in the office took two calls to call me back was very conticending and making excuses. Will go else where next time.

Excellent service. The company has personable and caring employees. They go above and beyond to complete quality and timely work. A Trane part failed and required warranty replacement in the middle of the Summer heat. The company kept checking with me to see when the unit needed recharging while waiting for Trane to send a new part. It meant the world to us that Prime tried so hard to make a bad situation good. I highly recommend Prime Air Conditioning to anyone.

I had my system installed by Prime about 7 years ago. They have taken care of a few warranty issues for me, and I always learn something new every time they service my equipment. Every single staff member I have dealt with is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and super professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for service or a new install. Thanks to Richard for fixing my ac and making my weekend, and for Jill who set it up in 10 minutes. Y'all are awesome!
