Matt returned my call promptly and got me an appointment for my sad AC repair the next business day. Young Brandon arrived right on the dot. Checked out my system thoroughly found the problem and fixed my issue. All with in the hour. I highly recommend this local business!!
Matt responded to my phone call in a timely manner and came out within a day to fix our HVAC system during a heat wave. He was on time, professional, and helped to identify and fix the issue. It's easy to tell that Matt is an expert in his field and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone seeking the services he offers.
After several quotes from multiple vendors (from small businesses to the big box stores like Home Depot), we selected Prime Air to install a brand new A/C system and new furnace. Matt and his crew finished everything in one day, did an incredible job, were friendly, professional and made the entire experience as painless as possible. I could now not imagine using another outfit for our HVAC needs.
Matt Longanbach and his employee “Andrew” of Prime Air did an outstanding job replacing our central air conditioner and furnace today! I couldn’t believe how fast Mr. Longanbach was able to have the new products transported to my house in the South Santa Clara County. Not only did I receive the new air conditioner and furnace the very next day I requested it, but the very next day after that Mr Longanbach and his employee installed them! And, it didn’t matter that it was 105 degrees outside, they worked extremely hard so my wife and I could be comfortable once again in our house. Mr. Longanbach and Andrew were extremely professional and polite. Also, the price was very reasonable, and the quality of work was exceptional. I highly recommend Mr. Longanbach of Prime Air to any one looking for quality products, work and price!
Matt was fantastic! He responded to my call within an hour, during a holiday, and had our AC working again in less than 24 hours of it going out. It’s 98° outside, but I’m a bit chilly in my very cool house! Thank You!

Matt is very competent, and conscious. I’ve had him out 4 times ( all different units) and have been extremely pleased with his professionalism and punctuality.
Matt and his crew recently replaced an ancient furnace and installed a new air conditioning system in our townhouse. Given the configuration of our unit, it was a difficult install but Prime Air got it done. They were professional, provided competitive pricing (we got several bids) and even finished the job ahead of schedule! Not to mention doing a very thorough cleanup of the work areas after the install was complete. We were very pleased with Prime Air and highly recommend both Matt and his company.
