Jay is AWESOME! I had gotten a quote from a different HVAC company who said I needed a whole new unit, so I called around and Jay came out and told me my unit was fine, just needed some maintenance. He was very flexible with his schedule for me and I was very comfortable with him in my home. Jay did the maintenance needed and installed a new smart thermostat in the amount of time he said it would take. I highly recommend Prime Air Conditioning and Heating Service to anyone who is looking for an honest, courteous and reliable HVAC guy.
We had a new heating and air system installed. Jay was incredibly easy to work with. He didn’t try to oversell us, went through exactly what we needed and the methods he used to determine that (I.e, load calculations, etc.). His team was professional, quick, and made sure we were happy - Jay even came back to adjust the airflow, making sure every room had what it needed! I trust Jays knowledge, industry experience, and professionalism. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
Jay was outstanding from day one. Very professional and informative, he gives you information on all aspects of the job but does not try to sell you anything. His whole crew were extremely friendly, even to our dog. He and his team do very clean work and treat your home like their own.
