I'm so very thankful for the kindness and humanity shown to me by Primary Air. They trusted me at a time when I was financially broken. My A/C was fixed in a timely fashion with no money being paid. What a blessing. I paid my bill today without any problems or hassles. I was made to feel important to them. Just as I am loyal to Primary Air they are loyal to me. That is rare in today's society. I 100 percent recommend Primary Air to everyone. Thank you so much.

Deceitful. We had a problem with the $10,000+ unit they installed. We took pictures and video of the loud noise the unit was making. They sent what we thought was a repairman out to fix the problem. Instead this company sent out a guy who flushed out the AC said he would fix the problem and then ask for a hundred odd dollars for his visit. The problem was never resolved. When we called for them to send another guy out they not only wanted that balance but another amount of money to come and check the unit that they put in here. Now it's 80° High we have no AC and they won't honor the system they put in. So if you waste your money on units that the company won't care for, and is only thinking about charging more money, call these people. I would find someone else.
Primary Air is an excellent air conditioning company. The system we invested in has given us excellent service. We have a whole house air filtration system which I highly recommend for people who are sensitive to dust. The service people are consistently knowledgeable and professional. They explain everything and take the time to answer questions if you have any.
A/C technician was very professional, he knows the A/C equipment, was very extensive in checking the A/C equipment, and completed the check up in record time. I felt very comfortable with him. He is very pleasant and congenial. Thank you for the service.
These guys are always out to make it right. They always do the best job. They're informative, knowledgable and fare in pricing. Ive been with them for over fifteen years and two houses. Couldn't be happier!!
Primary Air Heating & Cooling were recommended by a friend who has used them for years. He pointed me in their direction after a bad experience with a different company. They've helped me out of a bind more than once. The entire team is great to work with. A few words I'd use for description; Up front, on-time, over delivered. They had a harder time than most as my unit was over a large, ornate pool table. You wouldn't have known they were even in the room when all was said and done(complete new unit installation- air handler in garage ceiling). They have my full recommendation.

Excellent, very professional. Zack was great he was very informative and solved my problem. I thought I was going to have to pay $1000's of dollars for new AC unit but he fixed my AC. I am very greatful for this honest company.
Had a wonderful experience with Justin. His incredible breadth of knowledge really saved me a fortune. While other companies tried to say I needed a brand new unit. It turned out my unit was under warranty, and all of my replacement parts were covered from the manufacturer. Saving me thousands. Thanks Primary Air for being the only honest A/C company around!

My compressor shorted out, Spoke with John who assured me the technician would be here between 12:30 and 1:30pm. When I called John back at 1:53pm the technician "Doug" had not left yet!

This company is very courteous and efficient. After a nightmare experience with a new new system installed by a large well known company, Doug and his crew came in and made corrections to my new system and went to bat for us with the manufacturer to cover the issues under the warranty. This saved us approximately $1000. We are customers for life!
Excellent customer service. I've used Primary Air for a few years now and they never cease to impress me. All their technicians and owners are very patient and provide excellent customer service. My latest service was performed by Sergio, and he was also very impressive. These days it is hard to find service providers that are honest, know what they are doing, and have excellent customer service. Thank you Primary Air for your service and we truly appreciate you.
