They responded immediately to our urgent call for home AC inspection and repair. They provided extremely reasonable quotes and honored every part of their quote exactly on time. Eddie and Juan arrived to assist and were extremely competent, kind, and respectful of the house and my family. I will be using them for all my AC repair from now on!
Great experience. Our old system broke down and PrimAiry Comfort came to our rescue. Very reasonable pricing for a new heat pump system, Eddie showed up exactly when promised , was very personable, cleaned up after. I have and would recommend this team. Sure wish they they would put their company name and phone number on their trucks though.
Decent priced, comes out quick, any day or time. Honest, only suggests/fixes what is needed. 3 visits, one for a/c with a warrantied repair, an a/c flush/fix after condenser leaked and a recent furnace repair. They always bring boot covers, since we have some newer carpet. This is the only company we will call. Highly suggest
My AC gave out in the middle of the night and I called Primairy Comfort at 7am. Rene came out the same day, replaced our capacitor and also went through the process of checking our AC out to make sure it’s in good working order since we’re moving! This is the second time we use this company and will continue to do so! Staff is super responsive and always relays exactly what needs to be done! Also their prices are so incredibly reasonable. 10 star experience all the way!! Thank you Rene and everyone!!
Eddie was the first point of contact, he was very professional and helpful. Rene A. did the repair at my mom's house, and was on top of keeping me informed of what was going on and the cost. They were quick and did it all on a Sunday. Definitely recommend the company.
I gave a call saying that my air conditioner unit was out, and that I thought it was the capacitor because there was a click, but the compressor wouldn't fire up. The gentleman I called explained that he was on another service call but would be by shortly. Less than 15 minutes later we were speaking outside my office, and less than 20 minutes after we spoke he came into my office with the old capacitor explaining that that's what had burned out and that the labour cost of $125 the part of $90 would be a $215 total. From the phone call to when he left the parking lot was less than an hour! Absolutely, positively recommended! And this was on a Sunday!
I called them this morning, they were here within a few hours (about an hour and a half drive.) they did a great job, let me know what the issue was, and assured me they would be ready to come back if issues arose again.

best HVAC company in the area hands down. I called a competitor first because they came up on Google. the engineer came out and told me that I would need an entire new system for my problem. once he realized I wasn't going to pay for the system he said he might be able to fix it but he wouldn't be able to guarantee the work. I called primairy comfort at 1:00 a.m. and they sent a engineer out within an hour and a half. the engineer they sent out fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. it was a wiring problem with my thermostat. extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, highly recommend this company

Excellent and fast service. Andre, the tech, was great, and tried to save me money. He said if A/C stopped cooling, he would come out with no additional service fee. I will definitely be using them again on my rentals.
