Great service
Frustrating experience, but not bad. Was quoted $120 for an a/c system checkup at the start of the summer. We have an older unit and wanted to make sure it was running well before the heat kicked in this year. The service technician was friendly and prompt, but made additional repairs without letting asking for authorization to perform them or letting us know they were needed. The unit was somewhat low on freon, so it was needed, but I was more than surprised when I received an invoice for $330 after expecting $120. Had I known about the needed repairs, I would have agreed to them, but being surprised after the fact was certainly poor communication from the tech. I chose Pride initially because they came recommended from a trusted friend, but my experience was completely average, and certainly frustrating with a surprise bill. When I brought up the issue with billing, no solution was offered, just a quick "we'll talk to the tech". When I asked to discuss the issue with the service manager I was told he was busy, and was never followed up with. I paid the bill, and will try a different company in the future.
We’ve been having our HVAC & humidity system repaired & maintained for 2 years now. This family owned business is amazing b/c of their responsiveness and professionalism. One of the few places these days where you call and speak to a human being & they even remember us as customers. We have a service contract with them and will continue to renew. It’s good to know in Colorado where the temperatures can get extreme in the summer and winter, that pride mechanical will go out of their way to make sure your family as comfortable and safe.
Boiler system repair. Nicest guy EVER! In a world of many unkind people and businesses that are sketchy, Pride Mechanical owner is NOT one of them. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable. I was referred to them by a friend and now I am referring them to you. If you are on the fence about who to choose, give Pride a shot!

After having a different HVAC company scare my 72 year-old mother to death, telling her she had a big gas leak and $5700 to repairs. Pride Mechanical showed up, checked everything out, tighted up a part and checked for gas leaks all for the service call! Thank you for your great service and truly helping people!!! You guys are the best!!!!
Amazing company, great crew, extremely helpful, as well as up front about what it really takes to fix the job at hand. Paul and his crew have worked on my furnace, a/c, as well as handled a few plumbing issues I had. Great work and I highly recommend them!

These guys are the real deal. Very prompt, professional, and listened to all of my wants and left nothing out. they completed a 6 piece spa bathroom, sprinkler system, wet bar and outside grill for me. They were very diligent and timely in all of they're service. couldn't ask for more.
