Every turn of the season I typically experience furnace/heating problems on my rental properties and for years I’ve been using random contractors and somehow every year there’s always a new problem until I met Marc! He was a complete gentleman explained why I was having all these problems replaced my entire system for an incredible price and it’s been months and I have had no issues completely satisfied highly recommended
Sorry to say we had a horrible experience with Pride Heating and they’re staff. We asked for them to come and check on a fryer and range, so that we can accurately quote the service that needed to be provided. kudos to they’re Technician Rob ( Robert) very professional helpful and understanding. But this is where it gets better we automatically got charged for the service of fixing the ranges oven without the job being done. When I called the office I asked to speak to ( Mark) which was the main guy / owner. The guy I spoke to about the service that needed to be done and his “cousin” Tony picked up the line besides his rude and bad manners over the phone he was very unprofessional handling the question that we had about being charged in advanced without a proper invoice. Making me want to rate “PRIDE HEATING” a zero. After the not so professional conversation I still asked that Mark ( The Owner) be in contact with me as soon as possible. Which never happened. They still charged the ticket price even though they never finished the job and even after a claim to my bank they reclaimed the ticket. These are not professional business practices I guess the legal route is the next step. Sorry my business was not good enough for “PRIDE” as the owners cousin said over the phone. I’ll keep that in mind to tell everyone I know.
This company is very unprofessional. I called and had appointments scheduled twice and the technician was a no show. They are very inconsiderate of people’s time, incompetent and the supervisor is no help. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone, waste of time.
Worst service ever, they charged me 750 for the Oven part almost a month ago and then they never showed up again, calling texting 20 times a day but no answer... Stay away from them and ı will file the suing paper by tomorrow morning
I recently had a boiler replaced and the job was done neatly and efficiently by the installer. He was very polite and took the time to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the free from current problems boiler installation. The job looks great! I would definitely recommend Pride Heating. JM
I use Pride Heating & Air Conditioning when ever necessary at 2 locations They never let me down. Prompt, courteous, and very fair. 5 STARS!!
Excellent customer service! Anytime I called they were very accommodating and knowledgeable on any questions I had on any of my issues.
Extremely Happy. We just hit a little cold snap and my heat was blowing smoke. Someone on my street reccomended Pride. They were there in less than an hour. They fixed the issue right away and made reccomendations on updating the system. It's 20+ years old so... Its time. Service call was reasonable and they gave me options for system replacement. I never felt pressured. Thank you guys for a good experience. It's nerve racking when big stuff goes wrong.

Pride did an amazing job and get us up an running right away Came out when scheduled,staff was friendly and clean. No reason to use anyone else for heating and cooling.
Came out to do a diagnostic of why my house was heating and cooling unevenly. Robert was super nice, knowledgeable, and professional.
I would have given them a minus * rating if possible. They have my money ($5000.00) for 2 dual Heating / Cooling units since January 19, 2017 and as of today 5/24/2017 I don't have the units or my money! I have been polite, conciliatory, conjoling, annoyed, frustrated and finally demanding all to no avail. I am seeking a full refund! Please stay clear of this company.
The company prides in rip off and cheating. Would never recommend.
