Preston was awesome! Showed up on time, a little early actually and got started right away. Explained everything in terms that I understood. He got my system running again. I had several other companies (big name’s companies) come out and tell me that I needed thousands of dollars of work done to get it working. He spent about 4 hours and the price was less than $500. Did not over charge and he sealed up the unit to make sure everything was proper. Definitely recommend.
Preston installed a mini split A/C unit in my upstairs bedroom. He did an amazing job. He was on time, clear with communication, highly knowledgeable, and was fair on price. He is someone I trust for all my heating and cooling needs moving forward. I’ll be recommending Preston to anyone in the area I know.

He identified and explained the cause and the solution to the issue with my unit and also identified other issues previously unknown to me. I had Preston do a tune-up of my AC before the hot season. He actually came a little earlier than expected and did a thorough job cleaning the unit (it was gross by the way). He also found a couple parts that needed to be serviced and replaced them at a very fair price. I'll be having him take care of my HVAC needs going on a regular basis.
Preston's Heating and Cooling was great. They were quick to respond when my HVAC system was not working properly and gave a trusting solution. As well as a fair price for the work. The new system that was installed was done very well and in a timely manner.
Meeting Preston was very refreshing especially as the HVAC industry has drastically changed in the last decade. The quote from one of the major companies was $2500 for repair, but of course they were happy to sell me a whole new system for $10k. Preston fixed it for a fraction of the cost, and showed me exactly what was going on. If you want an honest assessment of your system…call him.
Preston’s saved the day when my furnace stopped blowing hot air. Quick response, helpful service, and fantastic pricing. Next time, I’ll probably consider trying to DIY a fix…and then I’ll realize that’s a terrible idea and just call Preston’s instead!
Furnace broke down past Saturday, Preston was here within an hour and got everything fixed. Highly recommend.
Preston performed a fall tune-up and cleaning of our HVAC system. Scheduling was easy and he was right on time. He identified a small problem and corrected it on the spot. He is very professional and left everything better than he found it. I'm so happy with the work, I will be having him back in the summer to complete some major remodel work.
Preston was on-time, professional, and fairly priced! We just moved into a house that is very old, and he was able to clean out our nasty furnace and get it up and running for winter. He also went above and beyond to help us figure out our air filter situation. I will be trusting him with all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Preston came out to give me a fall tune-up for my furnace and quickly identified 2 critical issues with my furnace wiring. He repaired the wiring quickly and pressed on with the inspection/tune up. He was professional, punctual and left my system clean and working great! He will be getting my future business without question!
