I can’t say enough good about this company! Our AC needed repair and because we rent our townhouse and it was a warranty claim, Prestige had to order the parts. It only took about a week for the parts, but Matt still came out during that week to make sure we could get some cool air flowing. It’s a family business and Matt’s mom is so kind when you call. It’s obvious they really care about you and the issues you’re having. I highly recommend Prestige!!
I called Prestige Heating and Cooling on a friend's referral after way too many service calls on my previous HVAC system. I had suspected that my system was undersized for my home's needs, and it was. Matt helped me select a new 2-stage system with a higher SEER rating which has worked beautifully since the installation. Also, his diagnosis that I needed an additional return duct was spot on and has made such a difference in the air flow. When the summer heat wave hit, I really appreciated that second stage cooling. I couldn't be happier with my new system!
