In a world where it seems that customer service no longer exists, there remains a true gem in Alex and his team at Prestige. After a horrific fire destroyed our home, we found it impossible to find a company that would come out to gives us a quote in a timely fashion, much less one that wouldn’t try to take advantage of the situation and charge us almost double for it just because they were “willing to do us the favor of taking the time out of their busy schedule to do the job”. We were literally at the end of our rope when we called Prestige. Not only were they pleasant and professional over the phone but they sincerely seemed to care and I felt a glimmer of hope when we set up a time for them to look at the job. Alex himself came out to our home and took the time to not only look everything over thoroughly but, actually listened to us, our story, concerns and answered all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better person or company to come into our lives at just the right time and felt comfortable in giving the job to Prestige. Through the entire process we’ve not once been left without answers or felt like we weren’t their number one job. A+ service from start to finish!
