During the last month, we have had the misfortune of having to replace two HVAC systems, but I had the good fortune to have Premo Air to replace them. From speaking with Emily and Jennifer at the office to Jeremiah, Dennis and Brandon who took care of the installations, everything was flawless. The quality of work and the professionalism of all was greatly appreciated. Their responsiveness was quick and everything was taken care of the first time. This was my fourth experience with Pemo air. Just like the other two they were on time, professional, courteous, thorough and a great value. I would recommend Premo air to anyone seeking an air conditioner repair or replacement. Dino and his crew are the best. They come as scheduled, do the work and the product works flawlessly. I can't say enough about this company and their products. They sell only Trane air conditioners and they are the best on the market. If you want a great product with good service, which adds up to a great value, call Dino at Premo!
Technician came out same day to confirm I did need a new unit. Prompt in providing me with a quote to replace a 21 year old heat pump. No decision made yet.

If I could, I would give Premo Air more than five stars. I left a message on Sunday after my unit went out and told them Monday would be fine. They called at 8 Monday morning and were at my house within 1 hour. Professional, knowledgeable and very reasonable. Thank you.
Jeromy was awesome. He arrived right on time and was very professional. I asked many questions, and he was patient and answered each one thoroughly. He even came up with a quote for a completely separate project while he was there. Premo Air came highly recommended from a friend, and they definitely lived up to expectations.
Braden was very professional. Service was quick and he had my hvac up and running in just a few minutes. Will definitely use them again.
I can't brag about this company enough! Last year they put a new unit in for us and today they installed two split units upstairs. They were professional, courteous, on time and respected our home and crazy cats. The equipment is top notch and very affordable! Premo Air is the Best around! The savings on my electric bill has averaged $70 a month and I can't wait to see what the split units bring it down too! You can't go wrong with Premo Air! Thank me later!!!
The team of guys that installed my new unit were awesome! My unit went out before a holiday weekend and they were kind enough to bring me some window units and put them in for me so it would be cool in the house until they could get the unit replaced. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with the unit and that I understood how to work the new thermostat. They were fast and efficient! I Would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future should I need to!
Jeromy called back and tried his best to direct me over a holiday weekend to find the needed mechanics to connect the thermostat. What really wonderful service! He didn't give up as he called me early Tuesday am and was ready and able to come first thing to FIX the situation after much hunting around. It was eventually fixed and I was Impressed. We will use Premo Air going forward and I appreciate his help and that he did not give up on finding and fixing the problem. Our AC is working and we are happy! Thanks Jeromy and Premo Air, Inc!
Spoke with Emily this afternoon and she was so friendly and professional. She was able to get a technician out to my house same day! Braden was incredibly friendly, efficient and talked through the issues with me - including how he documented both the problem and the fix. Air was back up and running in under 2 hours. Very pleased!
