Very professional and prompt - excellent service
I had originally called for maintenance on my A/C. When it was checked, I was told that it was on it's way out and suggested that I replace the system. Mike and Miguel were our technicians. Together they were brilliant and amazing. They installed a new A/C and new furnace in 2 days. As you know, both units are extremely heavy and to have to lift and carry them up 16 steps and then up into an attic on a ladder (the furnace) is a job all in itself. They were very meticulous. They way they came into my house is the way they left it, clean!!! I highly recommend using Premium Air and request service from Mike and Miguel. Thank you Premium Air for a great job done!!!
Techs explained everything they were doing; offered suggestions about future maintenance. They were on time, professional and efficient.
They were knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would definitely use them again (and will be asking them to perform maintenance going forward).
Service was very good with an experienced tech. Only problem was the appointment was for 8:00-10:00 am and he appeared at 7:30 am, with no apologies. Not a big deal. Would recommend.
Serviceman David waa very nice . However, this air conditioner has been a recurring nightmare, needing repeated fixes. I hope the leak material works.
Premium Air did a fantastic job installing a new Rheem system. The installers worked quickly to remove an old system and install the new one. They were extremely professional, highly responsive, and fast!
