Bob is the most honest professional tech we’ve ever come across . I just recommended him to my brother for an AC install . He installed a new AC in my moms home a few years back for 1/2 the price of Four Seasons. He worked on our AC unit and came to only 200 for the part and install . Explains what he’s doing and keeps the cost very low . A++++

Called Bob and he came over right away. Hasn't let me down with any repairs yet! Friendly service and great prices! Wouldn't call anyone else. Update 8/5/2022 Bob bailed me out again after my AC compressor was leaking Freon. After keeping it running,(replacing capacitor’s,yearly service) for about 5 years now, my system sprung a Freon leak and Bob suggested it was time for a new unit and coil, as well as upgrading from a 2.5 ton to a 3.5 ton to better cool the 2100 sq. feet of my home. Was out within 3 days installing my system, knowing I would probably end up in trouble with the upcoming heat forecast. Professional and friendly as always. Thanks again Bob.
Arrived promptly at time promised. Very friendly and professional. Answered my questions. Had our system back up and running in less than an hour. Very reasonable prices. Can not say enough. Excellent service. Will be my go to company.
It was the first cold day of the season and my Furnace wouldn't kick on. I ran through all of the possibilities in my head from needing a new furnace to just randomly replacing parts until I figured it out. I decided to call Bob and I'm glad I did. It was about 30 minutes from the moment I hung up the phone that Bob appeared at my front door. He arrived with his toolbox and a service van full of parts and my furnace was fixed less than an hour later. Bob really saved the day and I'm glad I decided not to try and fix it myself. Even if I had replaced all of the easily serviceable parts, I still wouldn't have solved the problem. Sometimes you need to know when it's time to call a pro, and that's exactly what Bob is. I'll definitely call him next time I need help with my HVAC.
Okay. Bob came to repair my AC unit. Initially, it seemed like just the breaker had tripped to the exterior system. So Bob had me reset the breaker. But then, he did something that I totally didn't expect. He said he was going to open it up and see if there was a problem that caused the breaker to trip. Couple minutes later he knocks on the door. Asks me to come outside and take a look at what he found. It seems there was a short of some sort that actually set the inside of the unit on fire. And he said it was on fire when he opened it. And the system was running. He explained what he would need to do. And I said go for it. He was done in probably a half hour. I should note that when I called him, he answered immediately and he was here in less than an hour. Bob was a consummate professional and I shudder to think what could have happened. It's clear he truly cares about customers because he certainly didn't have to open it up and take a look. He could have charged me the visit fee and then moved on because I'm sure he's quite busy. I can't thank Bob enough. If you have HVAC needs, I recommend Bob at the highest level. I will never use another HVAC contractor. You can see the capacitor in the picture attached and how it was burned. He also inspected and replaced the wire that runs from the power box outside to the AC unit. A lot of the insulation had simply come away because of UV light and so forth since it is 20 years old. Incredibly thorough and right on the money. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Bob. You very well could have saved my life, my son's life, and two wonderful dogs.
I was referred to Bob by both my brother and cousin. Bob replaced both of their AC units a couple of years ago, so I decided to give Bob a call. Bob was able to provide me with a quote over the phone and had my installation scheduled the next day. Bob showed up right on time and had completed the install within a few hours. His pricing is fair, and he’s really easy to work with. Would highly recommend to a friend or family member!
Great service!!! My furnace stopped working and I called Bob and he came out in less than an hour and had my furnace working. Price was excellent also.
Bob came out and he told me it was a breaker Needed to be replaced. So I paid him 50.00 bucks .i didn't believe him .but I called an electrician and he replaced the breaker and Sure enough it was the breaker. Thank for being honest bob

Had an issue with my furnace leaking water into my finished cealing in the basement below it. He was here same day and jumped right in. His knowledge solved the issue quickly, this was a not normal issue however he was able to diagnose and resolve it with in a few minutes. He was very polite, honest and knowledgeable I highly recommend his service and i am extremely happy I found him. I will for sure be using his services from now on.
475 bucks to fill with r22. No guarantees but said from his experience it should last the summer. Also gave me a quote on a new ac unit. Freon lasted a week, I called him for ac installation and he said he didn't do furnace reinstall when doing ac installation. Sounds like you should do what it takes on an ac install or don't give a quote. Told me to call someone else for a quote. Very unprofessional, took my 475 bucks and left me hanging. Didn't want to do any extra work, just take the money and run. Thanks alot
Looking for a new HVAC Company after my guy retired after 30 years wasn’t easy, but I can say I found a new guy. After getting Completely ripped off by ABC and them quoting me $1900 for repairs, I decided to contact Bob for a second opinion. He came out for $49.00 and found my issue almost immediately. Bob was very upfront about everything he was checking and took the time to investigate the entire unit. After replacing the part I needed, and a recommended outside coil cleaning my A/C has never run more efficiently and colder. My total invoice was $200.00 including his $49.00 show up fee. My repairs went from $1900 to $200?? Very honest, very upfront. I was very happy with his services and will absolutely use him again and refer to family and friends. Hope this helps, I had no issues.
I have been using Bob Evans with Premier HVAC for years. He is extremely responsive, easy to get a hold of and provides excellent value. He has never recommended unnecessary service. I highly recommend Premier HVAC.
Furnace Went out, called Bob and he was here in minutes. Fixed/ found the issues right away. Absolutely honest and upfront about service/prices. He’s our new go to guy!
Excellent service! Bob answered the phone promptly on a Sunday morning, came right over to look at the AC unit. Within an hour from calling, Bob came over, fixed the problem, and our house cooled 1 degree. He even made sure to go over common problems from improper maintenance. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
