Jake was awesome! Very responsive, fast and neat installing our new Bryant furnace and AC. Would highly recommend Premier for your next installation or repair.
If I could rate Premier with 10 stars I would. I called Premier looking for solutions to my 1953 home’s mess of original ductwork and furnace system, as well as having A/C installed. After calling other contractors, I gave Jake from Premier a call. I’m very happy with the result. He quickly and very professionally got the work done, walking me through every step of the process. The end result was clean, efficient, and the most reasonably-priced result I could have possibly found. This is an HVAC business that you will be thrilled with calling if you need any work done. Five stars and two thumbs up to Jake from Premier Heating and Cooling.
My furnace stopped functioning so I called Premier heating. Great service and was fixed promptly. House is warm again.

Jake has personally replaced my boiler, central AC, and hot water tank. His approach is straight forward and gives you honest advice about what will work best for your home and budget. I first used Premier Heating and cooling to repair my Central a/c system. They were able to provide same day service at a very reasonable cost. I later followed up with replacement of my furnace. Their price to provide and install identical equipment was other 10% less than more visible contractors, The work began on time, on the day promised and was completed in less than 5 hours. I would recommend them to anyone enthusiastically

Premier Heating & Cooling technicians came out to my home to fix an issue with my AC unit.They were very polite,caring and professional. They took their time to explain to me what they were going to do and answered our questions.We were very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Filled out a request on Angie's List and Jake called right away. Came out to the house, attempted to diagnose a problem, but the problem was not fixed. Our AC was not blowing out cool air. We were charged for him to hose off the condenser unit using my hose, and check the refrigerant levels. Neither solved the problem whatsoever, but we were still charged, despite this not resolving a problem. He did correct some wiring that was wrong. When he left, the cool air was working, but nothing that he did actually made sense to me, in terms of correcting the problem. Within a day or two, the problem returned. I should have called to tell him that it needed to be serviced again, but after already being charged a diagnosis fee for what I feel was a mis-diagnosis, and being charged about $300 for things that did not actually fix the problem I called about, I was afraid to call again out of fear that I would be charged again for further mis-diagnosis. I called a different company and within about 5 minutes, they told me what the problem was and fixed it for less than the entire cost of Jake's charge, which failed to permanently fix the problem. After the fact, I did speak to Jake, but failed to see eye to eye on this.
Jake was unable to correctly diagnose the issue. Did not explain what he was checking or doing while working in our attic. Poor communication all around and confusing charges.

I would give more stars if it let me! I called Jacob a few months ago on a Friday night and he came out on a Saturday to fix the thermocouple on my furnace that day. The blower stopped working a week ago and again he came out on a Saturday to check it out. The furnace needed to be replaced as there were more issues than just the blower. He quoted me on Saturday. The price was less than I thought it would be and there was even a rebate! He came back later in the week to replace it. He was on time, no hidden costs added, clean and the installation went perfectly. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!
Highly recommend Premier Heating & Cooling. First in a long time to earn my trust and make me feel like I received quality service/product at a fair market price. Jake was very knowledgeable & took the time to explain his recommendations for my furnace replacement. Premier was able to quote and install same day. I’m tossing out all other HVAC contacts I’ve used. Premier is my one and only “go to” 👍🏻👍🏻
Fast service, but more importantly honest service. The big companies try to tell me I need thousands in upgrades and a new furnace, which I don’t.

I can't say enough about Jake! Over the years he has taken care of the installation of our furnace , hot water tank and most recently the replacement of the blower motor in the furnace. He has always been on time, honest and neat. I will continue to recommend him to other's.

Visit went well and my old boiler was fixed up where other companies just wanted to replace it.
Fast service and no after-hours charges. My furnace was up and running right away. I will use them again
