I've had Billy out twice for different issues and I won't call anyone else. He answers his phone, or gets back quickly. A huge plus in this industry. Very professional, very competent, very personable. Prices are more than fair. Just a great, no b.s. technician. Thanks Billy.

Very pleased with the work that Billy did here. My heat pump needed to be replaced. He replaced the unit in less than 2 hours, cleaned up everything and did a very thorough job, explaining things to me as he went along. I found him to be very knowledgeable, down to earth, affable, and very friendly. I am glad that the first company that I called were slow in getting back to me because Billy worked very efficiently and definitely more economically than they quoted. I do plan to call Billy Dunlap if I have future needs for a/c and heating repairs. Highly recommend!
We found our new HVAC tech! Billy is amazing. We had been gone all day and came home to a very hot house. After calling several other businesses and not receiving an answer I called Billy thanks to his Google reviews speaking of how he answered when no one else did. It was true! He not only answered but was at my house within 20 minutes (on a Saturday afternoon)! He was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes and had the unit repaired within 10 minutes. His pricing was phenomenal and he was very fair! Due to our previous HVAC guy doing a poor job we will need further repairs to our duct work. Billy assured us it was no problem and put us on his schedule for next week. The level of professionalism and care he has is unmatched these days. It is so good to see people like this still in the industry and succeeding in their business!
Billy came late tonight and was able to fix my AC so that we could sleep in comfort.
Billy was very professional, checked everything out thoroughly and explained it in a way I could understand. Unfortunately, I needed a new unit but this was done quickly and efficiently and was completed when I was told it would be. I would definitely call them for any issues in the future and would recommend to anyone needing work done with their heat or AC!

Incredible work, incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and doesn’t have to overcharge because he doesn’t spend tens of thousands of dollars a month on advertising that he needs to pass on to customers. I cannot sing the praises enough, every time I hear someone needing HVAC work done I will be recommending Premier!

Billy is knowledgeable, reasonable, & reliable. He put a mini split system in our unfinished basement. And we plan to have him back out for more HVAC work in our 2 story storage building.
