We used Premier a few months ago. Had a different company come out from the area at first that told us our furnace could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. We called Premier because we wanted a second opinion. Our technician from Premier was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable and honest. Premier was able to fix our existing equipment for us and told us there was no need for a replacement at this time. We saved ourselves thousands of dollars by having Premier come out. We will use Premier for all our future needs from now on. Thank you for being honest with us and not just trying to make a sale.

This has been my go to service call for all my HVAC needs for the last five years. I've had him install new units, repair old ones and fix brand new ones. I'm always charged a fair price for the work performed, and better than that...he's responsive to emergency needs. I've never been overbilled, and I've never been unsatisfied. If you need HVAC services, you need premiere heating and air conditioning, inc.
I'm typing this to hopefully help some people out. On Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022 I had Premier planning on stopping by to give me an estimate on a central air unit, a new furnace, and a humidifier attached to my furnace. Understandably, they got busy and canceled. The guy rescheduled with me for today, Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022 for 3:00 p.m. I decided to call to make sure he was still planning on stopping by to give me my estimate. He wanted to change it to 4:00 p.m. Normally I would've but my friend needed my help before 5:00 p.m. to go pick up his rider mower. The guy asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no I'm going to move on to other companies. I figure not only his time is valuable but mine is too. By his actions two days in a row he showed me no respect for my time. It's up to you all if you reach out to Premier to attempt to give them business, however I would politely suggest you go with another company. Again, I get it people get busy and I did forgive yesterday, however two days in a row shows no respect for my time. Nor does it show any interest in seeking out my business. Very friendly, knowledgeable, clean, timely. I only met Jason and Joe and they did excellent work; I'm glad I hired them. I barely even knew they were here. I will certainly recommend Premier Heating & Air Conditioning Inc and I will definitely recommend this crew. I hope I don't need service, but if I do I hope they come out.

Very honest and amazing service, came out on a Sunday when it was cold and was immediately able to help. We will definitely be calling Premier again for any future problems we have.
Jason came up to fix my furnace. He did a fantastic and high quality job. I would definitively recommend this company and I will totally call again to use his services for any future maintenance or work done.
The technician that came and did our vent and duct cleaning was very professional, courteous, and polite. He came in and explained how everything was going to be done and took before and after photos of all areas that were cleaned. There were no hidden costs. I highly recommend Premier for your duct and vent cleaning.
They could have easily over charges us since we were not home to verify the repair. They came next day to fix it and were very helpful. They even made sure to secure our home on their way out.
Came to my house within 30 minutes of my call, repaired central air. Very nice, professional and kind. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I am very pleased at the work Premier (Jason) did for us! He took the time to show us before and after photos....which was pretty cool. We have a big house and I kinda felt bad he had to run up n down alot of times but he sure is a trooper....as well as friendly. My technician was very professional and thorough in checking our air conditioning system for its Spring check up. Premier Heating & Air Conditioning installed our complete system about 3 years ago and we have been very satisfied with their service . I have recommended them on numerous occasions to friends and family. I give them 5 Stars
We were fortunate enough to spend this 4th of July with Jason. He advised us he would be here around 2 and showed up 15 minutes early. Jason is very professional, courteous and hardworking. We will be needing to replace our air conditioner soon and will definitely call him. Thanks for taking time out of your holiday to help make ours better.
Our A/C went out and it was Jason to the rescue. Other companies quoted us two weeks (in July) to get a new system installed. Jason came to our house within a couple of hours of calling him and gave us a very reasonable quote. We were expecting to have to go through a few more days with no A/C, but Jason worked with his schedule to install the new system the very next day! He worked in the heat so our family would be comfortable. We have found our new heating and air company. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue!
