This is our second time using Premier Heat and Air. Our AC seems to always want to break down in the middle of summer.. of course! Gary is an outstanding person and goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Good communication and good, prompt work is hard to come by these days. I called Gary on a Tuesday morning and within an hour Gary had the part ordered. He communicated to me that he would not receive the part until 11 am the next day. Next day rolls around and he is finished with the job. Absolutely fast service when it counts. If you need a repairman, he's your guy. Highly recommend him.
Premier Heat and Air was excellent to work with. Honest and fair pricing. They arrived when promised and completed the job perfectly. They even corrected some items on my system at no charge that was not even in the quote. Would heartily recommend them.

My water heater went out in very cold weather. They came the next day and made every effort to find parts to fix it. Finding none, they made another trip to purchase a water heater and install it that day. Great service!

Great service. My system broke while I was out of town. Premier came out and fixed so wife and kids were very happy to have house back to normal temp!!
