Both John (Owner) and Brian (Technician) were absolutely great! They were polite, professional, and personable. I felt like I was in good hands from the very beginning. Brian listened to my questions and concerns and gave me honest options ranging from a bandaid fix to a long-term solution. Based on my interactions with John and Brian, I will look to Premier Comfort Solutions for future needs and refer them to family and friends!

I had a great experience with Premier Comfort Solutions when I called them to help me replace my old A/C unit. They are very competitive with their pricing, provide quality service, and very timely with the service. I would highly recommend calling them if you need to replace an air conditioner unit
Amazing company! Brian took care of us over the weekend and brought a portable cooler for my toddler's room so she could sleep. The 2 guys that came to install the new unit were so nice and efficient. And the next day Brian checked on us and came to fix a couple of things to make sure it was cooling our home properly. Cannot recommend this company enough! I feel they went above and beyond for our family.
Had Brian from premiere comfort solutions out along with four other companies and he gave by far the most reasonable offer saving us about $4,000 on getting our new HVAC installed compared to the next best offer of other companies. They came out promptly and in time the next morning and got my system installed and running by the afternoon. I was never upsold anything I didn’t need and Brian made sure to explain everything in easy to understand language what was happening with my system and what options I had to fix it or replace.
John conti and his tech are fast, professional, courteous, and very affordable he replaced my entire ac system about 4 years ago and it is still working great thanks guys for the great service

The reason why their reviews are consistently great is because they do great work at very very good prices. I was stuck in a house I just bought and the AC went out and they had me into a brand new system within a few days and a price much lower than everyone else! In this heat, you really don't want to wait around for the other guys who have nothing in stock!
Call them to service my HVAC units and look into some concerns. Came to look at and didn't want to open the units because it was raining which is completely understandable. They said once it stopped raining they would come back to finish the job, they never did. I'm not going to chase them for me to give them my business. Completely unreliable!
My A/C Unit stopped working and I was able to get a tech out same day to diagnose issue. My unit was living in its last days and I knew I needed a new one. These guys got on it asap and came out on a Sunday- their day off and Installed me a new one. They were prompt and professional. My a/c has not felt this great in 4 years! I highly recommend.
I cant express how grateful I am to have found this company. John is without any doubt a true professional and honest human being. To begin he came to the rescue and literally saved me 5K and I mean literally. Thing is I had gotten quotes from 2 other local companies. These companies came in to my home and just priced nonsense numbers without a clue on what they were talking about. All they wanted was 4 to 5K to fix a leak that i had in my AC unit. I was dumbfounded because on top that they were charging this amount, they were not guaranteeing anything. In the middle of writing a bad review on one of those companies that visited my home I happened to mistakenly post on Johns company. John contacted me and informed me that I was posting about the wrong company. Long story short. God definitely put John and his company in my path . I have never seen any company with the determination of saving a customer so much money by just being honest. His honesty and commitment to fix the problem definitely needs to be seen by anyone who needs his services in the future. God bless this company for may years to come.🙏🏽😎
I definitely recommend Premier Comfort Solutions! John came to service my AC on short notice - my AC stopped cooling on a late Friday evening and he was able to see early the next day! He looked at my system and after a thorough diagnosis, was able to resolve the issue right away! Really appreciate John Conti’s assistance. He took the time to listen to our concerns. Our AC was out. I was referred to John from Amhurst subdivision FB site. I called John told him what was wrong. He arrived at our home and after 3 min observation of AC units he already knew what the problem was. He was very polite. Very RESPECTFUL and patient with other questions and concerns we had. The owner is an honest, genuine guy with a true passion for his trade and offers high quality service at affordable prices. He gave us multiple options to fix the issue, not to inflate the invoice or sell us something we didn’t need. He was also able to get our A/C replaced quickly and made sure we were absolutely satisfied.
