Impeccable character, referred by our religious neighbor, finally found an honest and fair HVAC expert that is more interested in repeat customers. Honest, precise repairs instead of replacing your whole unit and making that commission to pay for that free Jason White football. How refreshing to find a hard working business couple with low overhead driven by honesty instead of greed. Unique in this industry where honesty is extremely limited and very rare and rip-offs are the predominant business model driven by whole unit replacement sales commissions and greed!
Premier Comfort was recommended to us by a friend who had a recent furnace repair. We were needing to completely replace the HVAC unit as everything was pretty old and rusted. Rodney and Vicki are so nice and responsive. We feel like we got our money's worth without being taken advantage of. When everyone else was quoting us 11k+ they came in with an offer closer to what we could afford without comprising quality or efficiency. I would highly recommend calling them.
