I tried to refrain giving a low star rating but left no choice. This company was sent over by another company, they serviced ac put freon and whatever else needed. a month later it stop cooling again. I tried few emails and few calls, no response via email or phone. very difficult to get in touch. When they originally serviced I felt company was professional, but when tried to contact again they was no where to be found. They was non responsive, been over a week so I guess no interested so I will move on.
Very professional and prompt service. I had a leak inside of my interior unit and they were quick to come and repair. I would absolutely recommend.
My HVAC was not functioning and needed someone to check it out the next day. I called a few places but were over charging because it was the weekend. After reading the great review about Primer, I immediately called them up. They were able to give me a next day appointment and their service quote was by far the best. The technician was on time and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem within 30 minutes time. He answered all my questions and made sure my system up and running again. There is no question I will be calling Primer for any future HVAC issues moving forward.
Prompt service, efficient, and reasonably priced. Would def use again and recommend.
Had a whole unit installed. Got 3 different quotes they couldn't come close to the price i got offered. Communication was great and the install went smooth. I will surely continue to use Premier comfort for my future AC needs/ service. Thanks.

When the other AC company gave me the run around following damage to my AC by my landscaper, Premier Comfort was there within two hours even though it meant working after hours. When the other company said they could not fix right away, Premier Comfort had it fixed immediately. Highly recommend!!
I received a very very high quote from a competitor that I almost went with simply out of urgency. I started seeking other bids “after hours” and Premier responded quickly with a lot of information and an offer to do a band-aid motor fix while waiting for the new unit at half the price. That saved my tenants while they waited and saved me a lot of money. They answered all my questions and were easy to work with remotely. Definitely will use again and recommend Premier to others.
This company technician went above and beyond to get our air working on the same day . We have two young children If it wasn’t for him we would of suffered waiting for other companies. Eveything is working great thank you Premier comfort youre the best !
Came out in a timely manner, very professional. My AC stopped blowing cold a week or so ago and they rectified the situation. Would definitely use again.
My a.c wasn't working and I called premier comfort lake nona a.c repair & installation to come and fix my a.c. unit. I was surprised how fast they came over and fixed it the same day. The problem turned out to be a bad fan motor. The repair guy explained it was a common problem with a.c units and he even left me a sticker so I can call if I need their help again, which was appreciated. Overall I was happy my a.c was working again, I was melting at home with 90 degree weather plus the repair guy knew his stuff and was a professional too. Quick service, knowledgeable and the price was right, I highly recommend them!

Wow! These guy's came out within 2 hours of us contacting them and it was after 5 p.m ,the technician had the ac fixed in less then 45 minutes..Will use again :)
I came home from work at 7.pm and it was 83 degrees inside our house , we called a few companies and they all couldn't come to the next day, but premier came out 1 hour after the initial call, great service and price. You earned a customer for life!! Thanks premier comfort!
