Called about a furnace problem around 6pm when another company scheduled me out another day. Furnace not heating and it was single digits outside. I sent video to technician and he called immediately trying to diagnose or get idea of what to bring. They also worked with our home warranty company quickly. Tyler came out on time, was professional and fixed in half hour. Grateful that I found them and am happy to add to their many 5 star reviews. Thank you and will use again.
Brian the technician was timely, super helpful, and so so kind. I appreciated his honesty with each of my questions. He was not at all sales-y like so many HVAC guys are. Instead it felt like he was genuinely concerned with my best interest. I'll definitely be using them again and referring them to others.

Needed my A/C and heater looked at and they were timely and professional. Jenny was very persistent to get it taken care of (there were some issues accessing the furnace due to neighbors) and Tyson was super quick about the repair.
Fixed one problem but couldn't figure out my AC's problem. Another HVAC company quickly resolved the AC problem.
Tyson came out on a weekend after a float switch shut off our A/C. He diagnosed the problem, repaired the issues, suggested the cause, recommended a repair option, and left a detailed note for our home warranty. I was super impressed with his knowledge and how thorough he was. Excellent job guys!! Will recommend!
I was in a bind, trying to fix a central AC unit on a house I was selling. I needed to get answers ASAP so I didn't breach contract. Preece came to the rescue, showing up sooner than expected (not to mention a full two days earlier than anyone else, in this heat!) and charging me half the price they originally quoted over the phone. Keep up the good work, guys!
Our air conditioner stopped working and Preece Heating came highly recommended. They were able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner, despite it being an extremely busy time of year! Tyler called to verify arrival time (was actually early). He (and an assistant/apprentice) were friendly, professional, and very efficient. Explained everything they were doing and got the system running beautifully very quickly. Didn’t try to “upsell” the repair at all, which was a welcome approach! Definitely recommend this company and we will use them again without hesitation.

Preece Heating and Air installed a new mini split system to my home. The owner Bryan was very helpful, he was able to make some adjustments to the scope of work that saved me money and gave me a product that was better than expected! Everyone through the entire process did a fantastic job. They are truly a great family business to work with.
We're first time homeowners with zero experience and Preece helped us immensely. Go with this company, they are awesome and trustworthy. Our furnace went out over the weekend and it was 9 degrees out. We had a different company come out first and look at our furnace - they said they'd have to replace a circuit board for $1,200 just so they could run more tests to diagnose the true issue. They also said more than likely the furnace would need to be replaced and started to price us in anticipation for that. It would've been thousands of dollars, but we decided to go with a second opinion. We called Preece (Jenny was amazingly helpful) and when the tech came out he immediately knew the model of our furnace, what typical problems that model runs in to, and what we should expect from it. Within a few minutes he unclogged a hose that needed cleaning and fired the furnace right back up. He also did a carbon monoxide check and safety check for us. This was all on a Sunday and Preece's off hours were half the price of some of those other companies. We spent under $100 instead of thousands because of Preece. Preece was our second opinion, but will now always be our first!
Our furnace went out just before Christmas. Tyler and Bobby came out shortly after being called. A major part needed to be replaced, but the shop that sells that part was closed until after Christmas. They left us with four very good space heaters that took us through Christmas just fine. Today is Tuesday, and the part is replaced, and the furnace is working fine. I just wanted to thank Tyler and Bobby for their fast response, caring service and professional demeanor.
This company is amazing! We've used them for every tune up twice per year for 5 years. Every technician they've sent has been awesome and anytime we have to call them they're super friendly. Wouldn't use any other company!!!

I sold my home in Boise and had Preece come out to inspect prior to selling. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
They were very helpful and worked with our warranty company they kept me informed and got everything handled as fast as possible. The techs they sent out were very professional and I felt comfortable and safe having them in my home. I would recommend them to anyone even own my mother.
