I have choice home warranty. Use this guy to come out and check my AC. He said that it was under field. Then he said it was over filled with an obstruction caused by not normal use the warranty denied repairing my air conditioner. I have to do it out of pocket besides that he was also 4 1/2 hours late without giving us a warning. Replacing my air conditioner is not a big deal. I’ll do it out of pocket being accused of doing something to it is not professional and not returning a call to see if I wanted to have it fixed after that.

Glenda & Danney We had a valuable experience with Tony! Our hot water heater quit working! Tony came over immediately! We had hot water within a day! Another advantage we experienced with PPP was he helped us out with a payment plan! Not only was Tony great with hot water heaters, he has a compassionate heart! I would definitely recommend PPP! Thank you, Tony.
Air conditioning went out. Don answered my call and came and fixed the problem very quickly. Bad fan motor was replaced (he had one on his truck!) quickly and we had cool air in no time. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them any time for heating and air and plumbing. They replaced my water heater 2 years ago - did an excellent job then, too.
Great service .Don and his team have been punctual ,professional ,and knowledgeable in their work They have been my go to for plumbing ,heating and air conditioning problems for 25 to 30 years .Fairly priced and very attentive to their customers needs
They did not even fix the problem, in fact, made it worse!!! Damaged the exterior of my shower facet. Very poor service from Don. I had to get a different plumber to fix what they didn’t!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, received a quote for an exterior hose bib for $150.00, that’s outrageously overpriced. I replaced myself for $12.
They came to my house for repairs under Choice Home Warranty for a claim that I made to repair hose bibs. They came out took pictures and said "we will submit this to your warranty company and if they reject the claim we will call you with a quote if I wanted to pay for it". They asked for the $65 copay. I gave it to them. They cashed the check as fast as possible. they never called me with the quote. it was clear when they said "if they reject …" they meant "when they reject the claim". They clearly knew Choice did not cover hose bibs. Yes it is true that they only answered a call but they knew what it was and that it would not be covered. It would have been nice if when they called in the morning to say they were coming if they had just told me that they knew it would probably be rejected do you still want us to come.
Don and his crew of KD and Austin replaced our heater and air conditioner and did an excellent job, very respectful regarding our property. The floors were covered with canvas tarps and the Gents were extremely careful taking out the old equipment and bringing in and installing the new equipment. End result was a new air conditioner, condenser, and heater and you would not have know anyone had been on the property or in our home. Looks great and works like a charm. We are very happy with the price, equipment, and the installation.
The original installation price was fair and the work was good but the couple of things they had to fix were EXTREMELY overpriced. I would be very careful using them for any work because of that reason.
Highly recommend! He was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine and he quickly fixed our air conditioner! We called today around 11 and he was here this afternoon at 1:30. No extra fees, just parts and extremely honest! You won't be disappointed!
The best HVAC contractor I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot. I was struggling through the years to find the a reliable and prompt air conditioning and heating contractor that can do all kinds of jobs and repair at affordable price the AC units. Finally, Precision Services were there for me to meet my expectations with precision. I am strongly recommending this contractor to everybody!
