My old A/C unit went down a couple days ago. Went to work and one of my buddy's said give these guys a call. So, I called them right away and spoke with Tom. He was extremely busy but was able to fit me in the next day and complete the installation the following day. The price was also amazing, and the quality of work and professionalism was second to none. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and will continue to call them with any heating or AC issues. Thanks Tom and Paul.
Justin was great to work with, very responsive to calls/emails and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgable and even showed us how to clean our furnace vent, despite being there to give us a quote on AC and nothing to do with the furnace. He was very competitively priced and will definitely use him in the future for any HVAC needs. Definitely recommend!

Rock company to call when you need something done right. It all started when we bought our house and needed a few things checked out. These guys went above and beyond to get our furnace up and running and fully functioning in just one visit. Can’t thank them enough for making it happen for us, and will definitely be calling them whenever something comes up in the future.

Once we found Justin we’ve never used anyone else! He’s so honest, dependable, has fair prices. An all around great guy. We have an odd, multi-zone system of both boiler & furnace heat and only he has taken the time to understand it. Can’t sing his praises loud enough. Don’t hesitate to call him!
Justin was great to work with! My fiance and I got home last night to find our heat not working. We called our normal repairman and gave him 24 hours, but when we didn't get a callback; I called Justin. Justin arrived exactly on schedule and got the new part ordered and installed. He also took the time to explain our heating system to me and how it worked. I really appreciated him sharing his expertise! We have a new HVAC expert to turn to and will definitely be reaching out in the future.
Entire team at Precision has been great. We first had Sam Boyce come out for the annual check of the system. He was knowledgeable efficient and answered all the questions very well. Unfortunately he also reported that our 18 year old furnace was not going to see us through the winter and already was failing. He quickly mobilized the team and provided us with a quote and.coordinated installation within a few days. David the general manager was terrific and responsive to my questions. At that point Sam Koba and first John and then Victor did a fabulous job of getting the equipment installed efficiently and professionally despite some tough.engineering challenges. I was very impressed with the whole process and the way the operation was coordinated and executed the install. You don’t know what a blessing it is until you are without heat for a few days as winter closes in and space heaters just don’t do the trick. Five stars in my book!
Great experience with Precision Heating and Cooling. If you are looking for HVAC service, where you aren't "just a number" this is who you want to call. I just had an AC coil/condenser/thermostat installed and some plenum work done by Justin. It didn't feel like a service call. It felt like a friend stopped by and helped me out. It all started with quick responses to my questions, followed by a quote that was priced right, and ended with great work. Thanks again guys! -Vic
Our 20 year old air conditioner was losing coolant and after reading all reviews of area contractors, I called 4 to make an appointment for inspection. Precision offered the best time frame and the best price for a service call. Justin was prompt, honest and very clear about all of our options. We signed the contract. On May 31st, Justin arrived exactly on time with a helper and proceeded to replace our whole HVAC system. He and his helper were so efficient, very very very clean and expert in their work. Our new system was in within 6 hours with exceptional care. Not a spec of dust or dirt remained behind. I highly recommend Precision Heating and Cooling and especially Justin Pisarski, the owner.
Our furnace stopped working and it was on a day that was very cold. I called Precision Heating & Air at 9pm and they answered and got me scheduled for 4pm the next day. A few minutes later they called back and asked if I could be available first thing in the morning. It seemed like they reworked the schedule to get us in earlier because it was very cold and we had no heat and I really appreciated that. Justin came on time and got our furnace working again and explained everything he did. Very professional and I would definitely recommend.
BACKGROUND: I had a refrigerant leak in my rental unit’s air conditioner and decided it was time to replace the condenser, coil, and the 30yr old furnace. On the other side of the property was a second unit that only had central heating, but could be upgraded for air conditioning. WHY I HIRED THEM: Several companies came out to the property and gave estimates, and after negotiating the scope and price with each company; I decided to go with Precision Heating & Cooling. When Justin came to scope out the work, Justin was the only one to really stop talk with me about what I wanted done. He presented me with several brands of products that I could use, and explained the pros and cons of each choice. He also was the only person who was honest enough to tell me when what I wanted wasn’t practical. I could tell that Justin knew what he was doing, and was personally invested in the work that was going to be done to improve my property. THE WORK: Justin and two helpers were able to complete the removal and replacement of the old furnace, the humidifier, and the leaking air-conditioning system in about 10 hours. I was very impressed with how neatly all of the wiring and drain lines were installed. They even went to the trouble of fitting the drain line with a brand new pump to ensure proper drainage. Several weeks went by before the components needed to install AC in the second apartment were shipped. I was getting frustrated and had some unpleasant conversations with Precision’s admin about it. Their vendor kept giving untrue ETA’s and it made scheduling a hassle for everyone. Eventually Justin took it upon himself to drive all the way to Cleveland, OH and pick up the unit himself! By the following weekend, Justin arrived with his two helpers and fitted the apartment with central air. As you can see in the photos, my walkway wraps all the way around the perimeter of the building, so the condenser had to be wall-mounted. The new electrical lines were run neatly and the
